Is it Legit or Just Another Scam?

You are about to find out whether or not Stepium is legit. At a glance, the product makes an undoubtedly poor first impression. For instance, the company website fails to indicate its physical location, owner, year of founding, or any other related information. It is important to provide sufficient background info if you are operating within the MLM sphere, but this product fails to do so. While the domain registration should provide ample details, Stepium’s has nothing more than its registration date, which is October 21, 2017. However, it only mentions that it is based in the U.S.

Despite claiming to be a highly-technological U.S.-based international project, it does not appear so. It offers the English and Russian languages for starters. Its social media profiles and YouTube marketing videos are all in Russian. From Alexa rankings, it is clear that most of the traffic to the company’s website originate from Russia. A legit MLM opportunity would never go to an extent just to lie to visitors about its actual location.

Stepium Products

Stepium’s product line has yet another disappointment waiting for you; Stepium does not sell goods or services to retail customers. Consequently, expect no signs of retail sales transactions anywhere. Affiliates can only offer you the affiliate membership, nothing more.
Such a setup is only witnessed among opportunities that lie within the MLM underbelly. This, when added to Stepium’s lie about their physical location, will reveal that you may not be dealing with a legit business opportunity after all.

 

Compensation Plan

A leap into the Stepium’s compensation plan uncovers very interesting details. To begin with, Stepium affiliate recruits are required to award their recruiters some ethereum (ETH) before they can start earning commissions from other new recruits that are subsequently going to join the funnel. The payments between members are in the form of gifts, of which Stepium calls “contracts.” In this regard, Contract 1 begins at 0.06 ETH while Contract 6 can reach a figure of up to 155.01ETH. Stepium also incorporates residual commissions, which are paid to users via a matrix system.

Apparently, affiliate recruits can profit down to 16 positions within their down-line recruitment. Therefore, the more “contracts” you are involved with and are able to convince to recruit others the more money you will make. Members can also earn commissions on referrals, with an ROI accumulated by investing ETH into the company.

What Does It Cost to Join Stepium?

Joining Stepium requires contracts to part with 0.06 ETH as a minimum gift payment. Note that this is only a minimum, and you will need up to 94.2ETH to boost your earning potential.

Cash-gifting schemes are designed to make participants lose in the long-run, and there is a high chance that early adopters are likely to benefit because they emerge on top while the laggers will most likely lose. The smart decision would be to hold on to your money until a better investment opportunity comes up.
