Introduction to The One-Minute Secret
The One-Minute Secret is an investment strategy that allows you to take advantage of money doubling opportunities every trading day as you are having breakfast. He calls it a “Breakfast Club.”
The presentation is an ad for The Daily Double Club.
I recently reviewed another presentation by him touting The New Breakfast Club and they are both interlinked.
Alan sends you a one-sentence text at 9:29 AM, one minute before the markets open officially for business.
The idea is to trade every trading day (253 days) and on each day, you double your stake.
Some recommendations may increase your investment by more than that – the highest recorded margin was an increase of up to 47 times.
Alan gets his recommendations from his specialized stock-picking system.
In a nutshell, there are two steps to his Breakfast Club routine:
- Every trading day, one minute before the market opens, you will receive a text message with a live link that lets you access his trade recommendation.
- To execute the trade, you click a few buttons on your phone and then you wait.

Who is behind The One-Minute Secret?
Alan Knuckman is the resident options trading and retirement planning expert at St. Paul Research. He edits Dollar Trade Club, Vertical Fortunes, Weekly Wealth Alert, and the 42-Day Retirement Plan.
He comes from Chicago, the home of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). And as you’d expect, he launched his career trading on the floor of the CBOT where he has worked in the options market for the past 25 years.
When he transitioned from a clerk to a floor trader, he got an inside view of the market that normal investors crave. As such, he knows how to profit from all market conditions.
Alan is a regular market commentator on major outlets like Fox Business Network, CNN, Sky News, CNBC, and Bloomberg TV.

How does The One-Minute Secret Work?
These trades are made possible by two things; a) A tendency of some stocks to move up in 30-day spurts, and b) a special kind of trade called “zoom trade.”
Zoom trades are actually call options and Alan covers them in his Guide to “Zoom Trading” for Beginners. By trading options, you make more money than you’d make trading stocks.
The companies he picks must meet three criteria: They must trade on major American exchanges; They must at least have a market capitalization of $500 million; and, They must show at least two distinct “growth spurts” lasting approximately 30 days with those two growth periods representing 50% of total profit.
Once a company passes the three criteria, it is subjected to Alan’s proprietary stock-picking indicator called, the “4V indicator.”
He does not reveal much about it in the presentation, but says that it has been in use since 2006, it can detect subtle “insider” moves, and it costs $100,000 a year to maintain.
The four Vs are Volatility, Volume, Value, and Validation. That’s as far as Alan reveals about them.

Is The One-Minute Secret Legit?
The One-Minute Secret is legit.
I arrived at this conclusion because I analyzed Alan Knuckman’s work and found him to be a credible source of investment advice. First, he is regularly on TV as a commentator covering various market analogies at CNBC, CNN, Fox Business, just to mention a few. And it got me thinking… these channels wouldn’t have him on if he was a fraud. It wouldn’t look good if they, who consider themselves credible sources of investment news and analysis, brought in someone who would hurt their reputation.

The One-Minute Secret Verdict
The One-Minute Secret is the latest attempt by Alan Knuckman to get people to subscribe to the Daily Double Club. He calls it his “Breakfast Club” during which he sends you trades every morning.
His concept is straightforward and his execution simple; place some trades as you have breakfast with each session lasting one minute and in a matter of time, you will be rich.
You may not necessarily get rich this way, but it is worth following his recommendations if you are interested in short-term pattern-reliant trades.
