Introduction to Angel Investing Unlocked
Angel Investing Unlocked is a presentation hosted by Jason Williams. The premise is that to earn life-changing gains, you need to invest in the world’s hottest companies before they hit the stock market.
He is talking about pre-IPO investing where you find promising private companies with great ideas and business models and invest in them before they go public. This sentiment has been echoed by other gurus before, including Teeka Tiwari (Set For Life Summit) and Jeff Brown (The Pre IPO Code).
He says that private investing has been made easier by a landmark act of Congress called HR 3606 because it makes it legal for all citizens over the age of 18 to invest in high-growth startups before they go public.
The H.R. 3606 refers to the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act. that was passed by Congress in 2012 and among its provisions were clauses that made it easier for startups to acquire funding.
Jason wants people to start investing in startups because he believes that they stand to make a lot of money when they go public or are acquired by another entity.

Jason Williams is a former Wall Street banker who spent decades helping people get rich from angel investments.
In his career, Jason Williams has managed money for renowned investment firms and organizations like Texas oil. Over the years, he has learned important lessons about discipline, making the right predictions, and overcoming unwanted biases.
As Angel Investing Unlocked shows, Jason Williams currently offers advice and recommendations to private clients to help them find massive winners.
He graduated from the University of Baltimore internationally with a degree finance and economics. He looks for private investment opportunities in Europe, South America, Canada, Central America, and the U.S.

How Does Angel Investing Unlocked Work?
Jason believes that you can make millions from a single angel investment. He also says he likes them because early-stage companies are cheap to invest in and they offer you the potential for growth.
While early-stage companies can be profitable and lucrative, startup investing is quite risky.
How does Jason spot the trades that he recommends to his followers? He uses a trading system he calls “the TAB system.” It is an acronym for the three criteria each company must meet to fulfill the requirements of the TAB system.
- T stands for Total addressable market. A company should have the potential to earn billions in revenue either by reaching millions of customers or by catering to clients with massive budgets eg. government agencies.
- A stands for “Accurate but not obvious idea.” A company should have a product that other people want to buy but that is not being produced at large scale. Companies that have a creative business model also meet this requirement.
- B stands for “Barriers to entry.” A company should have a way of protecting its business from competitors. This can be through patents, subscription plans, or prohibitive starting capital.

Is Angel Investing Unlocked Legit?
Angel Investing Unlocked is a legit presentation. Jason Williams is a former Wall Street banker who worked for many years looking for the best investments for his clients. Once he left his job at Morgan Stanley, he set up an office to advice clients. Therefore, cumulatively, he has been working for many years and he appears to know what he is doing when it comes to investing especially when it comes to startup investing.
However, Jason having a lot of experience does not mean that his investment research service is guaranteed to be a success.
Angel Investing Unlocked Verdict
Angel Investing Unlocked is all about investing in startups and hope that they earn big returns on your investment. On one hand, it can be a great way to earn large returns because the potential returns can be large.
But angel investing is also very risky. First, it is highly speculative because you are hoping that the unproven startup will go up in value. Second, these investments are quite volatile and can fluctuate by large margins in short periods. And to add to that, statistically, more startups fail than succeed.
While this doesn’t mean that you will lose money if you follow Jason’s advice, you have to be wary of the possibility that you may lose it.
