Introduction to Liquid Electricity Cubes
The Liquid Electricity Cubes presentation by Dave Forest is an ad for the investment newsletter, International Speculator that is published by Casey Research.
Dave starts by mentioning that national security organs have admitted that Russian hackers attacked the American electricity grid. The attacks began in March 2016 and 24 states were targeted.
While the attacks so far have been innocuous, steps are being taken to avoid more dangerous ones that may cause property damage and loss of life.
One of the most practical solutions is a device from the Reagan era called the Liquid Electricity Cube.
Installations of strategic national importance and big companies are being prioritized to protect them from attacks.

How do Liquid Electricity Cubes Work?
The electric grid is vulnerable to cyber-attacks because most of it has been digitized for easier control and monitoring. One of the most surprising ways the US government has proposed to protect the critical national grid (CNI) is by taking the important control systems offline and go analog/manual with human operators.
But in this case, Dave is referring to boosting energy storage as a way to protect US consumers from blackouts. This way, when the grid is hit by an attack that takes some sections out, stored power will kick in to keep supply unhampered.
The technology used to store large amounts of power (at megawatt levels) is what he is referring to as “liquid electricity cubes.” The technology in question is vanadium flow batteries (VFBs), which you can read more about on this article.
They will be these massive containers with a vanadium electrolyte. Unsurprisingly, Vanadium mining is the subject of this presentation.
Here are the takeaways from the presentation:
- The executive order 13817 is supposed to stimulate the American production of Vanadium to minimize reliance on foreign supply, which is currently happening (at least when the presentation went live).
- Vanadium is at a 13-year high because demand has outstripped supply.
- Big investors – billionaires and institutions – want to capitalize on the expected returns.
- Some Vanadium Stocks have already started taking off.
- Vanadium demand is not only being driven up by VFBs but also by its use in infrastructure projects – it is used in trace amounts to strengthen steel. For example, China wants the Vanadium content used to strengthen steel to be upped to make their structures less susceptible to earthquakes and other natural calamities.
- It is also to be used in fighter jets, Apache helicopters, Humvees, and armor-plated tanks.
- However, the life-changing fortune is to be made by investing in three companies that will mine American Vanadium.
What sets the three miners he has chosen apart from the rest is that they have the technology to pull vanadium from shale.
They have other things going for them, including financing, efficient extraction methods, good leadership, and mines in Nevada (which is known to be mineral-rich).
To learn more about them and possibly invest in them, you need to read the report titled 64X Your Money from America’s New Security Initiative.

Bonus
You will also receive a dossier that shows you how to make money using Doug Casey’s technique, the founder of Casey Research. It is called The Casey Method: How to Make Gains in the Resource Market.
The second bonus report is called The Next Super Fuel’s 1,540% Windfall. This report documents a company that will mine a new kind of oil as per the president’s directive.
The third one is called The Golden Ticket. It contains the name of a company that mines a special mineral that will be used to make electric cars.

Are Liquid Electricity Cubes Legit?
Liquid Electricity Cubes are not a scam.
In the presentation, Dave mentions that we are bringing back Reagan-era technology to protect the grids.
What he means is that Vanadium Flow Batteries are becoming fashionable again after scientists and engineers devised a way to make them safer and more long-lasting than Lithium-ion batteries.
Note that Lithium-ion batteries had overtaken VFBs and were getting more attention due to superior technology but the trend is reversing (You can even check out my review of a Quantum Glass Battery pitch in which Lithium-ion batteries may AGAIN lose ground in smaller battery technology).
That being said, I cannot ascertain that the stock recommendations will be massive hits. I can only prove the legitimacy of the presentation.

Pros of Liquid Electricity Cubes
- Since this industry is typically volatile, the potential returns are huge.
- You are exposed to greater profit opportunities investing in miners than you would by buying the metal.
- The three companies will have a competitive advantage in the American market because of the executive order.
Cons of Liquid Electricity Cubes
- Investing in such volatile stocks is risky.
- There is no money-back guarantee for the newsletter. You are allowed to transfer the close to $2,000 subscription fee towards any other newsletter published by Agora, which may lead you to a newsletter you won’t like.

Liquid Electricity Cubes Verdict
The “Liquid Energy Cubes” (Vanadium Flow Batteries) are making a comeback and Dave wants you to have some cover with some junior Vanadium mining stocks. This is entirely sensible as the demand for the metal will grow with the increased usage in battery electrolytes, steel strengthening, and military equipment. The cyber-attacks and the executive order will accelerate demand.
If you have money that you wouldn’t mind losing if things went South, you should go for it.
