Profitium Finance Ltd is is a blockchain company that has created an in house decentralized finance DeFi model within their network. This model was created for great diversity to produce profitable and sustainable growth with complete automation.

The company introduces Profitium app, the mobile from which it seems to work, to open access to the company’s strategically formulated and decentralized finance model.

WHAT IS DECENTRALIZED FINANCE?

Decentralized Finance (DeFi) are projects where people can invest in something without needing an intermediary or regulatory body overseeing them.

Usually there are no third parties involved. This means if you lend money with someone else using their borrowing power, they will still own all of it and only share some of the interest with you until your loan is paid off.

Who is behind Profitium?

The profitium website does not provide any information on who the founder is or the identity of the admin. This is unsettling and a huge red flag. A search online did not yield any results either.

Research on the origin of the company’s domain revealed that the company was privately registered on 4th October 2021. The domain was then updated on 29th of the same month once it went live.

Profitium Products

The profitium company has no retail products but they offer the service of their blockchain technology, which provides their DeFi service.

They claim that the blockchain technology is what fuels and supposedly maintains their promised ROIs for them to sustain and pay all of their investing members.

Profitium Finance Ltd introduces Profitium app, their new mobile app and claim to have future plans for its development.

The Profitium app is an advantageous and well-architected blockchain earning application that allows to earn cryptocurrency using their decentralized finance DeFi diversification model

Furthermore they also provide an affiliate membership where investors earn a commission whenever they recruit into the company.

How does Profitium work?

To get started with Profitium, you need to find a Profitium affiliate and join through their link. This will help secure you a mentor if you require guidance.

Once that is done, register your account by filling in the personal information required.

Choose your investment plan level if you are looking to join as an investing member and earn from the ROI that they offer.

There are various cryptocurrency options available for you to deposit your investment into their blockchain in order to get started.

After your cryptocurrency deposit is finalized and goes through, an earning option is created. This is what will generate your ROIs on the Profitium blockchain.

Once you have started receiving your ROI from your investment plans and affiliate commissions if in the affiliate program, you can withdraw the funds at any time.

According to their website, the company’s income comes from their affiliate program and member’s investment plans and is what maintains the ROIs offered.

There are four investment plans offered by the company. Their are different profits earned with each plan which have lifespans.

They are as follows;

• Balanced Investment Plan – This plan requires an investment of between $100 to $10,000 of cryptocurrency value to join. It offers a 2.5% daily ROI for 36 days.
• Lucrative Investment Plan – This plan requires an investment of between $50 to $10,000 of cryptocurrency value to join. It offers a 160% ROI after 18 days.
• Conventional Investment Plan – This plan requires an investment of between $25 to $10,000 of cryptocurrency value to join. It offers a 130% ROI after 12 days.
• Accelerated Investment Plan – This plan requires an investment of between $250 to $10,000 of cryptocrrency value to join. It offers a 0.75% ROI each hour for a total of 6 days.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

The Profitium affiliate program offers its members a compensation plan that is structured in a unilevel compensation structure just like we’ve seen with other MLMs like Bruxis Trading and Kok Play.

• There is no information on the founder thus no one to hold accountable when things go south

• Has a similar business model with a pyramid scheme as it focuses on recruiting of members
• Their certificates and testimonials for proof of registration are not verified.
• Offer a long-term investment yet the company’s domain has been found to have a short life expectancy. They might disappear at any moment.
• There are a lot of negative Profitium reviews all claiming that it is a scam

Conclusion

Profitium Finance Ltd is just like most ponzi schemes. I would not advise joining it.

The company has a lot of alarming red flags. First of all, there is no information given about its origin or founder. Furthermore, even though they claim to provide long term investments, the Profitium website domain looks like it may disappear at any moment with the investor’s funds.

Their ‘proof’ of regulation is a UK incorporation but this can be found anywhere for a cheap price and does not verify that they are a regulated broker.

Profitium offers no documentation or data sheets to prove how their promised ROIs are generated. To add to that, their main source of income seems to be from their affiliate program which means that it is dependent on new investments.

This is quite similar to the operation of a pyramid scheme. This dependence on recruits means that eventually, when there are no longer any new investors, the company will crash and your investment with it.
