Introduction to “Promise Contracts”
The presentation by Bryan Perry is an advert for his newsletter service, Quick Income Trader.
During the pitch, Bryan says that Promise Contracts were one of Wall Street’s best-kept secrets.
He says that during his two decades working there, he and his colleagues never lost money on them.
This reminds me of similar ‘secret’ investments we saw in my reviews of Maximum Options and 5-Minute Fridays.
All you need to do to make money off of promise contracts is to devote two minutes of your time.
He breaks down the process into three simple steps:
- You open your email
- Follow his instructions to the letter
- Make a few hundred or thousand dollars
He says that if you follow this template, you may make up to 21% in additional income in a year, which tallies to around 3-5% per month.
He says that this reliable income-generator has been kept a secret because the big firms on Wall Street want it to stay that way – keep other investors in the dark. But now that he is not affiliated with them, he is willing to divulge those secrets to his followers.

Who is behind Promise Contracts?
Bryan Perry is the man behind “The 2-Minute Money Maker” pitch. He has over thirty years of experience working in the finance industry.
For more than two decades, he worked as a financial advisor for a couple of Wall Street firms, including Paine Webber, Lehman Brothers, and Bear Stearns.
He then spent the next ten recommending high-yielding investments to his readers. During this period, he has concentrated on finding dividend-paying stocks that also have the potential for capital appreciation.
His catalog of services includes Cash Machine, Premium Income, Quick Income Trader, Income Alliance, Hi-Tech Trader, and Breakout Profits Alert.
As for his media appearances, he co-hosted a business news show every week on the Bloomberg radio network for two years in the late nineties. He has also been featured by Business Week, Forbes, and MarketWatch.

How does Promise Contracts Work?
In the presentation, he further elaborates his three-step plan to making money with promise contracts. Here is how he breaks it down:
- Step 1: Open an online brokerage account and buy good stock.
- Step 2: Sell “promise contracts” that are tied to the stocks you own.
- Step 3: Make money the moment someone buys your “promise contracts”
He defines a “promise contract” as an agreement between you and a buyer that if a stock you are holding increases in value above a certain threshold, they have the right to buy the stock from you.
You can sell one contract for every 100 shares of stock, which sounds very much like an options contract.
To demonstrate how they work, he uses a hypothetical scenario where you buy 100 shares of a company at $86.37 per share. You sell one promise contract for every 100 shares.
If each contract sells for $500, this price is called a premium.
In the example, you make $500 premium when someone buys your contract but you still maintain ownership of the stock.
If sometime later the stock goes up to $100 per share, you are obligated to sell your shares to the contract holder making a further profit from the price difference. Even Warren Buffett has used this strategy to good effect.
The profit from the transaction is $500 premium and $1,363 ($13.63 *100 shares) to give you a total of $1,863.

Is Promise Contracts Legit?
Promise contracts are legit.
I know you may have gotten apprehensive when Bryan says that you get paid almost instantly when you click your mouse and that there are no losses. It sounds too good to be true, right?
Well, Bryan says that he and his colleagues have been using them for years to generate easy profits. Therefore, he is not relying on some theoretical backtest to prove that promise contracts work.
He goes on to say that with his new strategy (that he launched in 2015), he has never been on the end of even one losing trade.
Pros of Promise Contracts
- You only need to dedicate a couple of minutes of your time each month to implement Bryan’s strategy.
- You can generate anywhere between a few hundred to a few thousand dollars every year by trading promise contracts.
- Promise contracts are a low-risk venture if you follow Bryan’s directions to the letter.
- Even novice investors can get in on this opportunity.
Cons of Promise Contracts
- Bryan is restricting the number of new members who will be allowed to join Quick Income Trader to just 47.

Promise Contracts Verdict
From Bryan’s description of how Promise Contracts work, he is talking about options; Promise contracts are options contracts.
From my experience, they don’t have zero risks as he says, but they are low-risk if managed well with a solid strategy. I cannot assure you that his strategy, which has been successful so far, will be effective in the future.
The most important thing is that they are an alternative source of income. If you could do with an extra source of income to help secure your retirement, Bryan’s Promise Contracts are worth considering.
