Introduction to Q Shares
The “Q Shares” presentation by Jeff Yastine is an ad for his new investment newsletter, Total Wealth Insider.
He reveals Q shares during the presentation as a special kind of financial instrument that is more powerful than conventional share. They can earn better returns than ordinary shares for the same level of investment.
Jeff defines Q shares as a strategy that is provided for under IRS Code 852. This rule enables investors to buy new shares without paying extra fees normally associated with buying new shares.
He has traced up to 1,000 companies offering Q-Shares.
The main reason why Q shares have remained a secret is that companies that offer them are barred from revealing them by law – Wall Street brokers lobbied SEC to prevent companies from openly marketing them to the public because buying them allows you to sidestep them (the brokers).

Who is behind Q Shares?
Jeff (JL) Yastine is the investment research expert at Banyan Hill Publishing. He is the editor of Total Wealth Insider and he contributes to Smart Profits Daily. He co-edits the Profit Line.
Before he joined Banyan Hill, he was an Emmy-nominated correspondent and anchor of Nightly Business Report, which aired on PBS from 1994 to 2010.
It was during his years working as a financial journalist that he interacted with successful entrepreneurs and investors like Michael Dell, Warren Buffet, and Sir Richard Branson.
His experiences as a reporter taught him a great deal about the stock market; these lessons have helped him give investors insights into the most profitable opportunities with his writings.

How do Q Shares Work?
There are two ways by which you can acquire Q Shares:
- Buy them directly from the companies offering them.
- Upgrade regular shares to Q shares via your broker.
Q shares are more profitable than regular shares because they eliminate the middleman and accumulate profits faster – the fees you’d pay a broker to add to your investment thus increasing your stake.
Everything you need to know about this unique investment is in a report titled Q Shares: The Perfect Investment. More on this report in a bit.
To gain access to the report for free, you need to subscribe to the Total Wealth Insider (the presentation was leading you up to this). As a member of Total Wealth Insider, you are entitled to:

Are Q Shares Legit?
Q shares are legit.
Jeff Yastine learned about them from Warren Buffett.
After having a chat with the multi-billionaire, he discovered the strategy as he went through Berkshire Hathaway financials.
He noticed a mysterious $592 million return, and on closer inspection, realized that it was a unique strategy that he and any investor can use to improve their returns.
Q shares are used by prominent people like Hillary Clinton and Bill Gates every year.
Even some of Jeff’s readers have used it to great effect.

Q Shares Verdict
Q Shares are a special kind of investment that boosts your bottom line by enabling you to avoid exorbitant broker fees.
Jeff markets his Q shares strategy as one suited to a retirement plan because it can add more money to your account and boost your investments as you prepare for retirement. Its returns are more pronounced in the long term.
You can give them a try to see whether they work as Jeff claims. As you conduct the trial, do not risk money that you are not prepared to lose.
