Fundraise’s REIT fees are higher than that of Realty Mogul.

MogulREIT I and MogulReit II

Mogul Realty introduced MogulREIT I to compete with Fundraise’s REITs. With the MogulREITI, no accreditation is needed, and a lower amount is required than investing in individual properties. Besides, it offers more diversification as it can invest in a variety of property types. MogulREIT II, on the other hand, is open to accredited investors which gives them a chance to invest in the real estate market. The focus of this REIT is on the hot sector of the market – the multifamily apartment properties.

Moguls REIT II has some pros and cons. The pros include pre-vetted investments, simple investment process, no capital calls, and greater control than REITS the existence of private REITs. The cons, on the other hand, include; the requirement of only accredited investors and the existence of illiquid investments.

Realty Mogul offers an opportunity for investors to invest in real estate on an individual basis and also provides a secure and manageable program and schedule for the investors. All in all it looks like a good solution and one that is worth checking out.
