Resonance Capital Review
Resonance Capital is the latest cryptocurrency opportunity that I am reviewing and my first thoughts are that it looks like BitConnect which is a known ponzi scheme similar to USI Tech. But is that really the case? Well let’s dive deeper into Resonance Capital and learn more so we can give an honest review.
In the multi level marketing industry there are many companies coming up everyday and most of them promise the heavens for their members. It is becoming increasingly difficult to tell apart the real companies from the scams. With the hard economic times, it is easier to entice people with the promise of supposedly “easy” money. Furthermore, in MLM companies it is the members who join first that most benefit the most hence the rush to join. Couple that with the little knowledge that the average person has of MLMs then you get to understand why there are a lot of scams in this industry. It is not all doom and gloom though as there are plenty of legitimate MLM corporations. All that you need to do is to carry out due diligence before any investment.

One MLM company that has been generating a lot of publicity in the past few months is Resonance Capital. I’d like to make it clear this early that this is in no way a promotion of the said company. It is an impartial piece which aims to provide people with the facts about Resonance Capital.
What is Resonance Capital?
On a visit to their website www.resonance-capital.eu, they claim that Resonance Capital is an investment company and trust manager with over 25,000 customers worldwide which was formed in early 2017. The background information about the company is sketchy to say the least. There is no direct mention of the owner(s) or directors of the company. The website has a video interview of one Maris Landbergis who according to the video is the Development Director of the company. A quick search of his name on the internet reveals an article which says that he is actually the CEO of Resonance Capital. I could not find any other footprint of Mr Landbergis on the internet.
The other major red flag is that the Vanuatu license is forged. Looking through the register of the Vanuatu Financial Commission there is no company under the name Resonance Capital. This means the company may not be licensed therefore unregulated which might present complications in the future.
Return on Investment at Resonance Capital
First, it is not stated anywhere the type of goods or services that Resonance deals in which is a bit of a gray area. You are guaranteed of making more than 190% of your initial investment in under an year according to their investment plans. Resonance Capital has the following investment plans:
– Start – by investing $50- $100 you can earn 144% ROI after 168 days.
– Bronze – invest between $150 – $700 and earn 148.9% ROI after 168 days.
– Silver – invest between $800 – $2000 and earn 158.4% ROI after 336 days.
– Gold – invest between $2500 – $5500 and earn 168% ROI after 336 days.
– Platinum – invest between $6000 – $9000 and earn 180% ROI after 336 days.
-VIP – invest between $10,000 – $16,000 and earn 192% ROI after 336 days.
– IPO – invest between $20,000 – $50,000 and earn 288% ROI after 336 days.
It is important to note the choice of the word “after” here as it carries a lot of weight. Additionally, members stand to earn commission through referrals. The commission is pegged on the number of referrals and the level of your investment plan, the higher the level the higher the commission. If you are still skeptical, Resonance will reward you with a $5 which can earn an ROI of 112%. To earn more you will need to invest at least $50 for the Start investment plan.

Is Resonance Capital a Scam?
The red flags point and the discrepancies prove that Resonance Capital has a nine out ten chance of being a scam. It leaves a lot to be desired and a lot of questions to be answered. Questions like:
Why would a legitimate company forge its license? What is their motive in doing this?
What is the guarantee that once they have your money that have any chance of seeing it again?
What is it that they deal in? For the ROIs mentioned in the investment plans and the investment figures quoted you have to at least provide your members with some information on what you deal in.
Resonance Capital Conclusion
I’ll be honest, I think Resonance Capital is a ponzi scheme no different to USI Tech and others like Bitconnect which I think is on the verge of collapse. I wouldn’t invest in Resonance Capital as there’s no telling how long it will be around for. I’d personally rather build a legitimate and sustainable online business instead of a lottery.
