The Profit Shortcut Review

Here is what I’ll cover inside this review:

Today I am taking a closer look at The Profit Shortcut which is a new website claiming it can help you make easy money but I hear that all the time.

Truth be told I’ve reviewed over 700 systems on this blog many of which claimed just that and ended up exposing them as scams.

To be honest The Profit Shortcut looks like it’s going to be another I am exposing since the claims are quite bold and looking at it I don’t see how they could be real.

Lately I have been exposing a number of scam websites such as Profit Point Autonomy and Cash Website Success so will The Profit Shortcut just be another one to add to the list?

Here is what the sales video / website looks like:

the profit shortcut website

The website is a fairly standard looking video sales page for a make money online product.

One thing I did notice is that there is no real branding for the name “The Profit Shortcut” apart from when you actually decide to buy and you see it on their checkout page and more.

How Does The Profit Shortcut Work?

I’ll be honest when I landed on the website I immediately thought it was a scam but then I thought, “Come on Mark, let’s give this website a chance…” so I hit the play button and started watching and was immediately hit by a bunch of actors giving fake testimonials.

It’s not exactly what I call a good start!

The video goes on to talk about the lifestyle where you can work from home in your PJ’s or even on a beach with your laptop.

Let me just make one thing clear.

I’ve been a full time internet marketing / blogger for the past few years and I know quite a lot of people in this industry and I don’t know of a single person who sits on the beach doing work on their laptop.

Have you ever actually tried to work outside on a laptop?

The glare from the sun actually hurts your eyes so working on a beach is just not going to happen.

I know I’m nitpicking here but I just had to point that out because the video just has all the cliche internet marketing things on it like working on PJ’s, working on the beach and more.

the profit formula cliche internet marketing sayings

So not that it means anything to you if you are a newbie at making money online but the whole video script for The Profit Formula is taken from Russell Brunson’s training.

The script is one that has been used time and time again to sell products online.

The thing about it is, whilst this script works it doesn’t tell me anything about the product at all.

It’s so generic and as I watched the video I had no idea what I was actually buying into, just something that apparently would help me make money.

The Profit Shortcut = Super Affiliate Network

After watching the video I was able to pick up one thing that The Profit Shortcut is actually just a sales video that exists to promote a business opportunity called the Super Affiliate Network which I reviewed a while back now.

Not to be confused with John Crestani’s Super Affiliate System which is actually 1 of few programs I do recommend.

I’m not going to get into all the details on the Super Affiliate Network but it’s basically a pay to play business opportunity.

It’s a business opportunity that you need to pay to join and when you do that you receive training on internet marketing and you can become an affiliate and resell the very training you bought in order to make money.

Sound like a pyramid scheme?

Personally I know that it is NOT a pyramid scheme but I know that is what a lot of people think especially newbies to this kind of business model.

Personally I have moved away from the pay to play model which means that you have to buy the products in order to earn the maximum commission level.

This kind of business model in my opinion is risky and I have seen a number of them shut down over the past few years which is why I tend to stay well away from them.

Is The Profit Shortcut A Scam?

So initially when I started the review I was adamant that I was dealing with a scam but now that I know it’s The Super Affiliate Network being promoted has it changed my mind?

I will admit that I do not believe The Super Affiliate Network is a scam.

Despite the fact that I am not going to recommend it I still do not believe it’s a scam.

That being said I don’t agree with The Profit Shortcut website because ultimately it’s just a hyped up website that promises you a lot and makes extremely bold claims that simply can’t be guaranteed.

Despite the end product/system NOT being a scam, it doesn’t mean you can lie about it in order to sell the product. Make sense?

The Profit Shortcut Verdict

After taking a closer look I found out that The Profit Shortcut is basically just a sales video that promotes another business opportunity.

The particular business opportunity being promoted is The Super Affiliate Network.

It’s not a system that I have rated a scam but equally it’s not one I recommend for a number of reasons.

Rather than waste your time on The Profit Shortcut website I recommend you take a closer look at my “no.1 recommendation” below which I rated no.1 out of over 700 systems I have personally reviewed and tested on this blog for making money online.
