Welcome to my review a recent pitch made by Jimmy Mengel titled USA Cannabis.

In it, among other things, he speculates that all fifty states will soon find it hard to not legalize cannabis in order to increase tax revenue during a period when they need it most. And with cannabis legalized, it will create more than one million jobs.

That piqued my interest and so I decided to take a closer look at what “the catch” in the whole thing is.

After going through the presentation, I put together this review to discuss the main points he raised as well as give my two cents on his investment strategy.

Introduction to USA Cannabis

USA Cannabis is a presentation by Jimmy Mengel where he proposes the possibility of all fifty states legalizing cannabis. He expects such a move to unleash billions of dollars while creating more than one million jobs.

But, the premise of the presentation, other than advertise his newsletter, The Crow’s Nest, is to outline how you can turn such a move into a money-making opportunity for you.

Speaking of Jimmy Mengel and Cannabis, this is not his first foray into cannabis investments. I have reviewed his presentation regarding The Next King of Cannabis Stock, where he was touting a company that he slated to be the next Canopy Growth (CGC) (Canopy Growth is the largest pot company by market cap)

Going back to USA Cannabis, Jimmy expects the American marijuana market to witness “the second cannabis boom” and he has found the right stocks to profit from it.

He backs his claims with the successes he had with his Canadian Cannabis investments which saw him make a whopping 3,220% and 6,092% gains on Canopy Growth and Cronos. He intends to replicate his success on the American market should legalization realized.

Who Is the Creator of USA Cannabis?

Jimmy Mengel is a senior analyst at the Outsider Club.

Although Jimmy Mengel has vast experience in various fields of investing, he mostly specializes in the cannabis industry.

This is not the first time that he has predicted a lucrative investment opportunity in the cannabis industry. In fact, he has already presented a couple of strategies in presentations such as The Next King of Cannabis.

Speaking of this educational background, Jimmy Mengel studied Journalism and English in college.

He is a frequent guest on CNBC on a program called Christian Science Monitor.

Is USA Cannabis Legit?

USA Cannabis is legit because I think Jimmy Mengel is a credible investment analyst. Although he has his flaws, he makes good arguments to support his recommendations in the pot industry as well as other industries.

Then there’s the issue of his track record in the pot industry. If any of his past investments are anything to go by, he has been quite successful investing in the fledgling industry. In the video, he says that he has made money on 88 cannabis stocks that have earned him double digit returns or higher.

This includes a 3,220% gain on Canopy Growth and a 6,092% gain on Cronos. If he achieves anywhere near that level of success with his new recommendations, it is worth seeing what he is up to.

USA Cannabis Verdict

In his USA Cannabis presentation, Mengel expresses optimism that the Marijuana will soon be legal and that he has the perfect plan for you to make money from the “second boom.”

But as great as it would be for the pot industry and the economy in general, legalization of marijuana “just a few short months from now,” as Jimmy says it is not going to be straight forward. In my previous discussions on the subject, I have always acknowledged that legalization is inevitably edging closer. With public sentiment shifting predominantly in favor of legalization, we may see it become a reality even on the Federal level.

But, we may have to wait a little longer for legalization mainly due to political factors i.e Republicans do not fancy it and they hold sway in government (legislative and executive arms). With that in mind, I would take Jimmy’s message with a pinch of salt.

However, nothing is permanent and opinions change hence he may end up being right about it. Only time will tell whether this presentation was spot on or off the mark. Until then, the Crow’s Nest, at $99 may be worth trying as it concerns a wide variety of investments, not just pot.
