What Is Viral Dollars?

So I might just be 1 of the first people to put together a review of Viral Dollars and that is because as of the 19th of April it’s a new website.

However all is not as it seems because Viral Dollars is actually a re-brand or re-make of the popular website Viral Pay which I recently reviewed.

People have not been very happy with Viral Pay since it basically stopped paying it’s members and then all of a sudden changed it’s website name to Viral Dollars!

Here is what the Viral Dollars website looks like:

There is a huge advert on the home page that says “make $500 today” and welcomes you to the number 1 influencer network.

Viral Dollars claims to make money in exactly the same way as Viral Pay did, but if that is the case why are people so angry with Viral Pay and how is Viral Dollars any different?

On the surface Viral Dollars actually is a complete clone.

The website for Viral Dollars is literally the same as the one that it replaced.

How Does Viral Dollars Work?

There has been a lot of questions surrounding how exactly Viral Dollars works and the biggest question people have is where does the money come from for Viral Dollars?

I did some research on this to find out exactly how it works and was able to come across this image and I will share exactly how each aspect works.

The tasks haven’t changed after they changed the name of the website.

How To Make Money With Viral Dollars

These tasks can be broken down as follows:

1. Refer friends to Viral Dollars
2. Get clicks to Viral Dollars link
3. Download apps via Viral Dollars recommendations
4. Complete surveys for Viral Dollars
5. Create YouTube videos reviewing Viral Dollars

These tasks pay different amounts from as little as $2 to as much as $50 but how and where does this money come from? Let me explain in more detail.

Referring Friends To Viral Dollars

To refer friends you will be paid $10. This money goes into your account as a referral.

It is not clear where this money comes from since you are signing up for free and your friends are signing up for free too.

It will become more clear as we move forward where the money comes from though.

Also, I will mention that many people struggle to get their money out of Viral Dollars (formerly Viral Pay), so even though it might appear that you are earning easy money from joining in actual fact unless you qualify to get a withdrawal via completing other Viral Dollars tasks you will likely never see a penny of the money.

Getting Clicks To Viral Dollars

How are they able to pay you just for getting clicks of your unique link?

This works as follows:

When you join Viral Dollars you are given a link so that you can refer others and they will be credited to you.

This link is what you need to promote and refer people through in order to get $10 per referral.

As well as these referral fees you earn just on the clicks that people make, so you can earn as much as $2 for a single person clicking your link.

Once again, there’s no clear way of how this money is generated or where it comes from however you will need to qualify to withdraw that money and you will need to meet certain criteria which stops people from simply spamming 1000’s of clicks at these links to earn money.

Downloading Apps and Completing Surveys

I have combined these 2 things since this is where the money comes from for Viral Dollars.

Viral Dollars makes money by referring it’s members into numerous referral schemes.

You will need to join various other websites and offers such as newsletters, email lists and more and when you do you will get paid as shown in the image above.

The money here comes from Viral Dollars because when you sign up Viral Dollars gets paid from the website you sign up to.

This is called incentivised affiliate marketing. Because you are being incentivised to join these offers.

Unfortunately when you join you will end up being bombarded with promotions.

Create YouTube Video For Viral Dollars

The final way you earn is by creating a YouTube video for Viral Dollars giving a testimonial of how easy it is to make money.

This is very unethical in my opinion because you are being paid to give this testimonial and when you do it you haven’t even received the money you are promised.

You will be given $50 for a video testimonial on YouTube and this is done to help spread Viral Dollars.

Is Viral Dollars A Scam?

In my opinion Viral Dollars is a scam.

There are numerous reports of people not getting paid from Viral Dollars even though they see the money in their account.

The Viral Pay website had 10,000’s of members and many people reported that they were not able to obtain withdrawals of the money they made.

Then all of a sudden the Viral Pay website went offline and was replaced with Viral Dollars which is identical but under a new name.

Personally regardless of whether it is an actual scam, or whether this was just temporary downtime or a legitimate re-brand I don’t believe Viral Dollars is a good way to make money anyway.

Viral Dollars Verdict…

I won’t be recommending Viral Dollars.

Even if Viral Dollars turns out to be a legitimate website I still don’t think it’s a good way to make money.

Referring people into websites is not an easy task, and if you become good at it you would make far more money in another business opportunity or by doing affiliate marketing.

Rather than waste your time on Viral Dollars or any other website like this where you get “paid” for doing simple tasks, you should take a look at my “no.1 recommendation” below rated no.1 out of over 600 systems I have personally tested and reviewed for making money online.
