Viral Pay Review

Okay so Viral Pay is a relatively new website to me at least and it claims you can get paid $25 just for signing up.

Who doesn’t want to make an easy $25 for signing up to a free website?

I’d guess most people if it were really that easy, so what’s the deal here with Viral Pay?

Well despite only just hearing about Viral Pay it was actually founded back in 2015.

I guess it takes a while often for these king of websites to gain traction or perhaps something has been going on in the background and that is the reason it’s been getting a lot of attention!

What on earth does Viral Pay do though and can you trust this website?

Noticed anything strange about it?

Apart from the fact that it says you can make $500 today and they offer the $25 bonus and more you may notice that the name Viral Pay has changed to Viral Dollars (read the full expose on Viral Dollars here).

What is that all about? What is Viral Pay now called Viral Dollars?

From doing some digging it seems that a lot of people are screaming scam about Viral Pay.

After all it doesn’t look very good when a website suddenly goes offline after claiming it can help people make money only to come back under a different name.

I see this happen all the time with your typical make money scams like Cash Website Success and Copy My Email System.

The website exists for a while and takes peoples money or personal details and then after they start being exposed they suddenly change their name and rebrand.

From what I could find online the switch happened to Viral Dollars on the 20th of April 2019 and everyone is screaming scam.

How Does Viral Pay Work?

So how does Viral Pay work? First off you of course have to sign up to Viral Pay.

Once you do that, you are welcomed with a message telling you to refer people via your own unique link and you can earn $2 per click of the link and another $10 if people actually go ahead and join up.

This doesn’t seem like a lot of but once you start getting a lot of people clicking that link those referral fees could stack up.

That being said, I have no doubts that there is some kind of spam protection in place as a spammer could easily get 10,000’s of fake clicks on the link.

Even still, if you are referring people to a free website then where is the money coming from?

In the members dashboard you can see that there’s a $25 allocated to your account from joining Viral Pay.

That is what is promised so it’s good that they are following through with that although in my experience seeing money inside a digital account online (unless it’s a bank account) doesn’t mean anything because it doesn’t mean you will ever be able to access it!

There are a number of tasks you can complete to get paid more with Viral Pay such as:

Referring friends to Viral Pay
Getting link clicks to Viral Pay
Downloading apps via Viral Pay
Completing surveys via Viral Pay
Creating YouTube videos for Viral Pay

These tasks are listed on the website as follows:

All of this sounds great for Viral Pay but really think about it, where is this money coming from?

We are told that you can earn all this money from simple tasks on Viral Pay but ultimately it’s hard to see how exactly you would get paid for it.

Okay so I will explain how Viral Pay really works.

How Viral Pay Really Works…

The referral aspect of Viral Pay is pretty simple, of course you get paid when someone joins or clicks the link.

That being said there are limits in place so that you can’t actually withdraw your $25 until you have done a bunch of other tasks which isn’t exactly very ethical but it does make sense since people would just join Viral Pay, get their $25 and leave.

Next up the Task Wall…

The tasks as I mentioned above pay different amounts however it’s actually pretty simple how this works and why they are able to earn money.

You will be asked to sign up for a bunch of different things like newsletters, email lists and more.

You get paid for the tasks you complete like signing up for something and this is known as incentivised affiliate marketing.

In other words Viral Pay are affiliates for a number of websites that will pay them for referring new customers and they are incentivising you to join the various websites in order to get paid.

The problem here is that you end up joining a bunch of random things via Viral Pay that you are not even interested in just because you want to get paid.

How The $50 For A YouTube Video Works…

This part is interesting because it’s really unethical.

Viral Pay wants to easily spread their website online and to do that they need positive reviews so what they do is pay you $50 for uploading a positive review of Viral Pay.

They will basically say that they want you to give a positive review of Viral Pay saying how great it is.

That is one of the reason why there are so many Viral Pay reviews out there as people are incentivised to do so.

When you do this you’ll be able to get the $50 put in your account.

But once again, can you even cash this out? Not unless you jump through a bunch of hoops and the majority of people won’t be able to cash out as they don’t complete enough tasks to qualify.

So you will have people saying how great Viral Pay is in their Viral Pay reviews on YouTube yet haven’t even received a penny.

Is Viral Pay A Scam?

So is Viral Pay a scam or is Viral Pay real? This is a difficult question to answer because it’s certainly not an outright scam but it is a very sneaky website.

You could argue it’s a clever website because they get people to do all their advertising for them for free by promising referral gifts and more.

Ultimately Viral Pay is not a complete scam in theory but it’s extremely questionable and it is certainly not a good or sustainable way to make money.

Plus as of April 19th 2019 many people are screaming scam after not receiving payouts and the Viral Pay website has changed it’s name to Viral Dollars. It’s certainly not a good sign!

People are having withdrawal requests denied…

After doing more digging and getting real Viral Pay reviews I noticed many people were complaining of having withdrawal requests denied.

Of course you get that $25 when you sign up but withdrawing it is another thing completely.

You need to complete a number of other tasks to qualify, and even after doing these tasks to get more money you still struggle to withdraw it and people are complaining they can’t withdraw their Viral Pay money even though they have qualified.

Is There Any Viral Pay Training?

One of the other things people have asked is about the Viral Pay training wondering what training they actually give to help you use the website to make money.

Unfortunately there is not a lot of training at all.

There are numerous videos on YouTube from people showing you how it works but ultimately these people are showing you so that they can refer you themselves to earn money.

Viral Pay Red Flags

After reviewing over 600 systems for making money online I’ve come to quickly and easily spot red flags.

There are a number of obvious red flags when it comes to Viral Pay but to me the most obvious ones are:

There is no real product for Viral Pay, so where does money come from? (Affiliate marketing is the answer)
The Viral Pay website has rebranded to Viral Dollars (this could be innocent but it doesn’t look good)

Viral Pay Verdict…

After taking a closer look at Viral Pay it is not something I would ever recommend.

Even if Viral Pay was 100% legit I still wouldn’t recommend it because ultimately you are not going to make a lot of money.

Referring people into websites like this is not easy even if they are free to join and if you become good at referral marketing you can make far more money in other business opportunities.
