World Crypto life is a modern platform that combines the benefits of multiple industries to provide various benefits to its users. They are also part of the digital world of cryptocurrency just like Orbs, Keep Network, and Conflux.

This company claims to be forward-thinking with innovation, inspiration and teamwork to provide competitive products and services with their GPoint Market for your everyday needs accessible to you through the global method.

World crypto life has its very own token known as the IMC token and a blockchain exchange to maximize the opportunities for their members and increase visibility in the digital space.

The company prides itself as an innovative crypto platform that aims to provide financial freedom to its clients. They recently established a global method of banking with the Bank of America, powered by IM FinServices, LLC. It is accessible across the globe to users who have a major US bank account and a bank of America debit card.

They say their mission is to provide a solution for the one who is looking to better their lives financially and create a lifestyle of time and freedom with their family and friends

Who is behind World Crypto Life?

The domain of the company, WorldCryptoLife.com, was registered in July 2020.

However, the world crypto life website does not provide any information about the owner of the company or the admin behind the platform.

Upon further research, it was revealed that Francis Yoon is the CEO of the company and is the one running the platform.

Yoon’s social media profile shows that he lives in California, US. He headed up Epika Global, which was of the multi-level marketing niche. However, it was a failed venture as it is an abandoned cooperation with no executives.

We also found Chris Principe to be the COO of world crypto life.

Chris has been associated with a number of crypto related scams such as OneCoin. He has been especially vocal about his support for this reported crypto scam saying that the technology used in OneCoin and their blockchain impressed him.

He also mentions that he endorses Dr Ignatova’s supposed ideas on global economies.

You should not forget that OneCoin fell in early 2017 and Ruja Ignatova and other executives faced criminal charges in the US.

After the collapse of OneCoin, Principe made a PR deal with Skyway Capital which backed out of the deal bringing up his involvement with OneCoin. Principe then sued Timothy Curry (who was part of OneCoin) for alleged defamation.

There is no further information provided about the two.

How to join World Crypto Life

To join world crypto life, there are various affiliate packages that you can buy into.

World Crypto Life’s Compensation Plan

World Crypto Life affiliates invest in IMC and IMEX shares. Affiliate investors do this in the hopes of earning more than they had invested.

World Crypto Life keeps all new investments for six months minimum to help new investors by enabling them to cash out subsequently invested funds.

The company ensures that the amount you invest in the company’s crypto tokens eventually get released at the rate of 10% every month. They count investments at 80% for the purpose of calculation of commissions and bonuses.

World Crypto life also contains a MLM structure which means that affiliate investors get paid on recruitment of new affiliates.

World Crypto Life pays all commissions and bonuses as 70% in Gpoints (Global points) and 30% in unlocked IMC tokens.

Gpoints can be withdrawn for Ethereum, cardano or onto a visa debit card through the affiliate backoffice.

Affiliates are urged to recruit new investors into the scheme with affiliate links . The more productive they are, the higher ranks they can achieve along with more profit potential.

Recruitment Commissions

The company pays recruitment commissions via a unilevel compensation structure that basically places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

When level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team. Once level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down an infinite number of levels.

For World Crypto Life, recruitment is capped at six unilevel teams..

How much a World Crypto Life affiliate invests is determines on how many levels recruitment commissions are earned. They are as follows:

Invest at the Member tier and receive 10% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
Invest at the Elite Member tier and receive 10% on level 1 and 5% on level 2
Invest at the VIP Member tier and receive 10% on level 1, 5% on level 2 and 4% on level 3

Residual Commissions (binary)

A binary compensation structure is used for residual bonuses. This compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team that is split into two sides.

The first level of the binary team has two positions. The second level of the binary team is created when you split these first two positions into another two positions thus creating four positions.

All the other levels after that are generated as needed, each new level houses twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled by the direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates.

World Crypto Life adds up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team daily.

The Affiliates get paid 10% to 15% of the amount on their weaker binary team side.

The residual commission rates are determined by how much a World Crypto Life affiliate investor puts in when they join:

Member – 10% residual commission rate, capped at $100 a day
Elite – 11% residual commission rate, capped at $500 a day
VIP – 12% residual commission rate, capped at $1000 a day
IMEX5 – 13% residual commission rate, capped at $2000 a day
IMEX10 – 14% residual commission rate, capped at $5000 a day
IMEX25 – 15% residual commission rate, capped at $10,000 a day

Once the weaker binary team side volume has been paid out on, it is matched against the stronger binary team side and removed. Whatever volume is left on the stronger binary team side carries over.

You must recruit two investing affiliates to qualify for the residual binary commissions.

Residual Commissions (matrix)

The company pays its affiliates residual matrix commissions via a 3×15 matrix.

The 3×15 matrix places an affiliate at the top, with three positions directly under them:

The three positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first three positions into another three positions each, this way creating 9 positions.

The other levels up to level 15 are generated in the same manner, with each new level creating three times as many positions as the previous level.

These commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested monthly across the matrix.

How many matrix levels an affiliate earns on, is also determined by their initial investment

Cons of World crypto life

Supposed founders have a bad history with Ponzi schemes.
The company is using IMC crypto tokens to handle transactions which are useless coins in reliable crypto exchanges.
It does not provide any reliable information about its origins and the website has no addresses.
The company’s sole income is new investments which make sit similar to a pyramid scheme
They are not authorised thus are committing securities fraud by selling their shares to affiliates.
Though they claim to, they have no proof of ties to Wyoming Registration and neither do they work with the state government.
Their claim to use advanced blockchain technology is not believable as it is a new platform that is unlikely to have access to any of the innovative crypto tools and technologies.
World Crypto Life have admitted to obtaining BOA debit cards through a shell company known as IM FinServices LLC.

Conclusion

World crypto life is not the best way to make money online. For example, its founders are affiliated with a number of ponzi schemes and that alone is quite alarming. Furthermore, the origin of this company is not clear and no addresses are provided.

The IMC tokens used are useless outside of world crypto life. This means that as an affiliate you could stand to lose our investment as you might not be able to cash out your profits. There are early investors who are hoping to withdraw subsequently invested funds through IM Exchange

The company’s income is dependent on new investments which eventually will dry up leading to the collapse of the company.

This business model is not efficient as you have to spend a lot of time and energy recruiting people to make profits. In the end, the company will collapse due to lack of recruitment, and you will lose your investment.

Furthermore, the are committing security fraud as neither the company nor its respective owners are registered with the SEC or filing audited financial reports. Their affiliation with the Bank of America is also a scam as they publicly admitted to getting fake debit cards through a shell company.

World crypto life also constantly mentions Wyoming, the most crypto friendly state in the US. This is all a front as they are not working with the Wyoming state government officials.

All in all, the cons definitely outweigh the pros therefore you should avoid being part of this scam.
