Xifra Lifestyle Review
After doing my research and analysis, I found that Xifra has not publicly shared any information about the person who runs or started the company. To be precise, Xifra Lifestyle runs its business anonymously. It reminds me of programs like Click Into Wealth and Mary’s System.
Now, as per the information I found concerning its domain, Xifra’s official website has been active since 14th October, 2019.
On their website, I have found a few videos where the CEO George Goodman gives you a quick overview of the company highlighting its aim, vision, investment volume, investment packages, and other pertinent details.
It doesn’t take much to realize that most of these details are generic because George does not provide us with any accurate and to-the-point information about Xifra Lifestyle and its products.
Their vision reads:
“We create the opportunity to grow professionally and financially by providing technological tools and financial education to improve people’s quality of life.
Making it possible for people all over the world to have the opportunity to generate a higher income.”
Now, I found that to be vague until I read the vision that states:
“Our vision is to create a technologically disruptive company that develops cutting-edge financial models to become the company with the largest and most efficient technology in the industry, through innovation, leadership and talent of the people within the organization.”
There isn’t a whole lot of helpful information about the company there.
This looks like an MLM company that emphasizes on recruiting new affiliates because it doesn’t offer compelling products or services.

Who Owns Xifra?
Xifra is owned by X Tech Crypto Group, a company incorporated in Estonia. X Tech Crypto Group appears to be a shell corporation that was created in 2010. It has no employees or notable activity.
What’s even more worrying is that I could not find out anything substantive about George Goodman, the CEO of Xifra.
I searched the internet and couldn’t find out anything about Mr. Goodman and that’s when I started questioning whether he is even a real person or just some actor posing as someone running the company. The guy you see speaks Spanish.
On top of that, I also found out that Xifra Lifestyle alleges to have a corporate suite address in Mexico (on its website) which they probably did to target audiences/customers/investors from South America.

Although I mentioned that Xifra does not have any noteworthy products, here are the ones they claim to offer as they entice you to hand over your investment.

Referral Commissions
So far, we have discussed the affiliate membership plans. In this section, we will talk about the referral commission plans offered by Xifra.
The company pays you a referral commission in two basic levels. The first level or level 1 or personally recruited affiliates will earn you an 8% commission and the second level earns you a 2% commission.
In addition to that, there is a separate plantation fund investment scheme where you get three levels of commissions where level 1 earns you 10% commission, level 2 a 3% commission, and level 3 earns a 2% commission.

The company also pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure. The overall commission rate can vary anywhere between 7% to 12%.

Other Paying Options: Matching Bonus
Xifra Lifestyle has a unilevel compensation structure when it comes to paying matching bonus.
All your new recruits are regarded level 1 affiliates.
As per this structure, if a level 1 recruits new affiliates, the new recruits will be treated as level 2 affiliates.
Similarly, if a level 2 recruits new affiliates, the new recruits will be treated as level 3 affiliates, and so on.
For level 1 affiliates, the matching bonus rate is 3%. For level 2 and level 3 affiliates, the matching bonus rate is 2%. For other low levels of affiliates, the matching bonus will be around 1%.

Xifra Lifestyle Financial Markets Complaints
Xifra has had its fair share of flack. People who are often disgruntled about the company operations accuse it of the following shortcomings.
- Xifra Lifestyle is not regulated
- The company levies high fees in order to get commissions
- The company does not let you withdraw money from your account easily
- The customer service team is not friendly
Then there’s the fact that you cannot find information about who started the business, who the CEO really is, or the business profile of the company.

The Final Verdict
Technically, Xifra Group appears to be committing securities fraud because the company does not have any financial regulators. Since the company is not approved or authorized by any financial regulatory agency, it’s appears to be an illegal company that has the hallmarks of a ponzi scheme.
There is no transparency about fees, spreads, and commissions. In fact, the fees and commissions are high compared to the industry standard and the platform does not let you to easily withdraw the money.
They sometimes aggressively urge clients to make additional investments, which is exercebated by the fact that the customer service team is not friendly enough to interact with in case if you are facing any issues.
The CEO of the company is not a legit person. In fact, the CEO and owners of this platform are all anonymous. The modus operandi of Xifra is just to register new people as affiliates so that existing members earn commissions.
Be it the residual commission or referral commission, Xifra has all warning signs of a problematic broker. That’s why we have flagged this site as a rogue site.
Please beware of Xifra Lifestyle and its various investment packages like leftover volume, referral commission, residual commission, and more. None of its investment plans is profitable, and you may ultimately end up losing your initial investment.
