Welcome to my review of Zach Scheidt’s presentation on “5G Cash Towers”?

I received an email invitation from Zach prompting me to check out his presentation that was about what he refers to as “an official amendment opens up what could be a sky-high income stream for everyday Americans”

He claims that it is a source of regular income and it has to do with the 5G rollout.

I researched what he put out in the presentation and put together this review discussing the merits of his recommendations and their pros and cons.

Introduction to 5G Cash Towers

5G Cash Towers is a presentation by Zach Scheidt of St. Paul’s Research. He uses it to advertise his investment research advisory, Lifetime Income Report.

It reminds me of other income-based newsletters I have reviewed before, like Palm Beach Crypto Income Quarterly, The Everyday Income System, and Instant Income Trader.

The presentation concerns investment opportunities in 5G. Zach says that an amendment to a 60-year old public law has created an opportunity for Americans to make money from the 5G rollout – the law change granted tax breaks to 5G companies.

It has to do with companies that own the cell towers from which the 5G signal will be propagated to the end-users. It is similar to what Christian Dehaemer was talking about in his 3 “5G Profit Kings” presentation.

He says that the carriers do not own the cell towers, they rent and lease them from the companies that own them.

Investing in these companies will enable you to earn extra income every month because the business will boom when 5G goes mainstream.

Who is behind 5G Cash Towers?

Zach Scheidt publishes investment newsletters via St. Paul Research, which is a publishing imprint of Agora Financial. He specializes in finding income investments that earn the highest yields.

He began his career as a cost accountant at SunTrust Bank before he started writing and editing newsletters. The company managed portfolios belonging to high net worth individuals and hedge funds. Zach was put in charge of two sets of $20 million portfolios.

At St. Paul Research, he edits Lifetime Income Report, Family Wealth Circle, Income on Demand, Weekly Squawk Box, and Buyout Millionaires Club.

How does 5G Cash Towers Work?

On taking a closer look at it, what Zach is calling “5G cash” are dividends issued by the cell tower companies.

When those big companies invest in infrastructure, they are forced by the law to share their revenue with the people. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ensures that they fulfill their part of the deal.

He then adds that those companies love paying dividends because they get tax-free benefits from doing that. This way they benefit from paying you part of their profits.

Therefore, all you need to make money is to ensure that you are on the list of beneficiaries to start receiving your portion of the profits.

Everything you need to know about 5G Cash Towers is in a web portal called 5G Cash Command Center.

To get your credentials to access the portal, you have to subscribe to the Lifetime Income Report. When you sign up for the service, you will receive monthly FAQ sessions with Zach and special periodic email updates on your investments.

Is 5G Cash Towers Legit?

5G Cash Towers is legit.

According to Zach, so far investors have had the opportunity to grab $2.7 billion in profits in early 2020 and in 2019. He even shares testimonials of his readers who have benefited from the money.

Pros of 5G Cash Towers

As Zach says, it is easy to set up these income streams, you only need a phone with an internet connection to get going.
An annual subscription of the Lifetime Income Report is relatively cheap for the bonuses it delivers.
There is a satisfaction guarantee that allows you to try the service risk-free for seven months.

Cons of 5G Cash Towers

Zach’s recommendations may not work out because in investing, there are no guarantees.

5G Cash Towers Verdict

Now, if you have been following what a majority of analysts have been advertising, you may have encountered several of them touting 5G-related stocks that you should add to your portfolio to take advantage of the 5G revolution.

Whether or not you want to listen to what Zach Scheidt has to say with regards to the 5G revolution and the opportunities it brings, it is happening. Governments and companies all over the world are taking it seriously because it will boost economies, create jobs and improve the quality of people’s lives overall.

Investors who find the best companies will make bank during the 5G rollout.

Zach wants to invest in companies that own cell towers. Whether it works out or not will become apparent in a few months.

That being said, I think you should lend him your ear because he may share insights that end up being beneficial to you in the long term. It’s not always about following what he recommends to a tee, getting a different approach can be helpful too.
