Today, we will be taking a look at Arieyl, a company that you’ve probably heard about from someone who approached you about the business opportunity or their CBD oil products. You may have heard it from a friend or family member who introduced you to its product. You may have even attended an online workshop or webinar, or an in-person information session.

Either way, a lot of people have been looking into this company so I decided to write a comprehensive Arieyl review to give you all the information you need to know whether it is a legit opportunity.

Arieyl Review

What Is Arieyl?

Arieyl company is a multi-level marketing company that deals with health and wellness products. It sells bath salts and oils, health supplements, cosmetics, and pet care items.

It is not the first multi-level marketing company that I’ve come across that has such a catalog. Other companies like Velovita MLM, Q Sciences, and Happy Coffee also sell similar products, albeit without the CBD.

Arieyl sells weight-loss goods, just like any other health and wellness company out there. The only thing that sets it apart from most companies is that Arieyl’s products contain CBD (Cannabidiol) oil and other natural herbs.

We will look into how it works later but you should understand that it is a multilevel network marketing company and most of what it does is promise its members money-making chances. When you join the company to sell its products, you are promised commissions through retail sales.

With multi-level marketing businesses, the challenge is that no matter how impressive the products are, most MLM distributors don’t make a lot of money selling them. Instead, you will find that they encourage people to recruit new members because that’s how you increase your earnings; by having a downline.

When you are a distributor in an MLM your Downline refers to the distributors you have recruited to the direct sales organization. You will receive compensation based on your downline’s sales as well as your own. In an MLM, you as a recruiting sales rep receives compensation based on your downline as well as your sales.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol or CBD comes from the resinous flower of Cannabis (Marijuana).

Cannabidiol as a compound has health advantages if taken in safe doses without making you feel “high” in the same way recreational Marijuana would.

What is an MLM?

An MLM or multi-level marketing company is sometimes referred to as a direct sales company or a network marketing marketing.

In an MLM business model, the distributors typically make most of their money through from recruiting people and adding them to their downlines more than they do by selling products.

MLM is often confused with a “pyramid scheme,” but there are some differences.

To start with, both pyramid scheme and mlm models have members sign up other members to earn money.

The main difference is that with a pyramid scheme there is no actual product or service being offered. The “affiliates” earn money by collecting the sign-up fee from the members they recruit and nothing else.

In an MLM, there are actual products that people sell through the internet, party hosting, and word of mouth. Besides the commissions members earn from their sales, they also earn commissions on the sales and recruitment that are attributed to those in their downline.

The MLM company rewards the people who recruit more members with a bigger downline earning reps higher commission rates and added perks like a new title and bonuses.

This way, a distributor is incentivized to work harder at recruiting rather than selling thus benefiting the company’s owners and higher directors because they too are earning commissions for every new recruit.

One disadvantage of the MLM model is that it tends to have a very high turnover rate and the income is at least partially based on the work ethic of others.

Most of the people who join do not earn the money expected when signing up because they usually come with unrealistic expectations. Therefore, the number of people who give up on these businesses and drop out is generally high.

The knock-on effect is that when recruiters lose members in their downline, they lose their minimum income quotas needed in order to maintain a higher status.

Some MLM business models are also set up in a way that the amount of money one member makes is partially determined by how hard others work.

The responsibility to help recruits falls on the recruiters because their income is also based on how well their team members in their downline recruit and sell products.

This is ideal if the team members are hardworking but the sad reality is that some people only join the companies to receive discounted products. Others don’t put in the effort because they have a skewed belief that very little work is involved to make money.

Who is Behind Arieyl?

Arieyl was launched by Travis and Kristen Butler and both are also co-CEOs. Before they started Arieyl, the pair was quite successful in network marketing.

Before they got into network marketing, Travis and Kristen’s ran a successful landscaping and construction company. Then when the 2008 Global Financial Crisis happened, they lost everything. They got into MLMs to get back on their feet and found success.

They sold products for My Daily Choice and HempWork Company where they were affiliates. The two companies deal with health and wellness supplements with CBD oil.

The Butlers live in Florida and you’d expect Arieyl to also be based there.

In March 2016, BusinessForHome stated that the Butlers’ estimated monthly My Daily Choice income was $537,000 a month.

Both of them were top earners and by 2018, their downline members were in the top 36 earnings rankings out of 125. By February 2019, the Butlers had 13,000 members in their downline and 30-40 new affiliates were joining every day.

Travis & Kristen left My Daily Choice in 2020 and established Arieyl the same year.

How Does Arieyl Work?

Arieyl is an MLM and as such, operates pretty much like one. Whatever a company working like this sells, the business model is pretty much the same.

An MLM like Arieyl markets itself as a chance to start a career that makes you money. They call their distributors “rockstars” whenever they advertise their business opportunity inviting new applicants.

I should point out that just like other MLMs, Arieyl is not forthright about member earnings because they encourage members to buy expensive products to appear wealthy. It is hard to tell whether this will be the case but Arieyl hasn’t yet started hosting conferences like other programs where members meet and top earners are celebrated.

There are rankings and you can work hard to rise through them or buy your way up the “corporate ladder.” Like many other rankings, you will find that most members don’t buy the goods and promotion depends on product sales not the number of items sold.

Arieyl’s Products

Arieyl website sells health and wellness products but due to Arieyl’s vast catalog, we cannot include all of them here.

Most of their products have modest levels of Cannabidiol, which is essentially Marijuana. They allegedly give you all the health advantages of Cannabidiol without the “high” adverse effects of Marijuana.

Note that you may be allergic to the supplements’ plant-based substances, so you should consult a physician before you start consuming the products.

Gummies

These are chewable nutrition supplements that promote immunity and vitality. Flavors include:

Body Guard Gummy which is meant to “naturally support your immune system”

Cloud 8 Gummy which contains delta 8 THC derived from hemp. This one is meant to support a sense of relaxation

Highbernation Strawberry Sleep Gummy which is a special blend to provide a restful sleep.

CBD/CBG Oils

These are health supplements that come as water drops. Just like candy, they have multiple uses and benefits and you can blend them into a drink. They include:

You Dew You. This is “a natural remedy for dry skin, replenishes much-needed moisture”
Slumber Party. This supplement is meant “for healthier sleep, relaxer & romance booster”

Wellness

These are grooming and comfort goods. They sell a eyebrow fixer, lotion, men’s shaver, drops, and powdered nutrients.

Vapes

These comprise of different-flavored vapes.

Delta 8 Vapes do NOT ship to states like Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Rhode Island, and Utah.

Vapes do not ship to Louisiana.

Pet Care

They also have health products for dogs and cats. They come as drops and chewables.

Beauty

These include a body scrub, a body butter and whip lash brow.

Pre-Bundled Packs

You can also buy their products that come in pre-bundled packs and these contain different combinations of their products. You can create your own product package.

The Arieyl Compensation Plan

Before we continue with the Arieyl review, you should familiarize with terminologies like PV and GV, which are an important part of Arieyl’s compensation strategy.

The personal volume (PV) is the total of the sales volume generated by retail customers and orders placed by the affiliate. When you are a distributor that has recruited more distributors, your downline generates Group Volume (GV).

There are restrictions to how much you make from your downline. For example, you can’t get more than 50% of your GV from a single uni-level leg after Ruby.

If you intend to join the program, you should understand how Arieyl’s compensation plan works. This will enable you to optimize your strategy to make the most out of your marketing efforts.

You will also have an easier time pitching the program to prospective distributors you want to join as part of your downline.

Arieyl Compensation Ranks

There are ranks within the Arieyl membership structure from the beginner to advanced.

Arieyl’s rank system has 11 ranks (the ranks go higher as you go down this list). The ranks and their requirements include:

Rockstar: This is the lowest rank as you join Arieyl. You have to maintain 35 PVs every month.
Gold: You need a $200+ order or bring in 90 PV and 1000 GV a month.
Platinum: You should have a $500+ order or generate 90 PV and 2500 GV per month.
Ruby: You have to recruit three affiliates and generate 5000 GV for the month. Alternatively, generate 90 PV and 5000 GV per month and recruit and maintain three 90 PV month affiliates.
Emerald: You need to bring in 90 PV a month, 10,000 GV a month or recruit three 90 PV a month affiliates.
Sapphire: You have to maintain 90 PV a month, bring in 25,000 GV a month, and maintain three 90 PV a month affiliates.
Diamond: You need to maintain 90 PV a month, generate 50,000 GV, and maintain three 90 PV a month affiliates.
Black Diamond: You need to maintain a PV of 90, generate 100,000 GV for the month, and maintain three 90 PV/month affiliates.
Legend: To get this rank, generate 250,000 GV a month, maintain 90 PV, and maintain three 90 PV a month affiliates.
Icon: At this level, you should generate 500,000 GV, maintain 90 PV, and maintain three 90 PV affiliates.
Mogul: For this level, you have to generate 1,000,000 GV a month, maintain 90 PV, and maintain three 90 PV affiliates monthly.

These ranks determine how much you get paid. The higher your rank, the more money you make.

Fast Money

You get paid a Fast Money commission on sales volume generated by the first order placed by a preferred customer or downline affiliate.

The Fast Money commission is doled out through a unilevel compensation structure.

In this structure, an affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team and every personally recruited affiliate is placed directly under them.

If a level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of your unilevel team. If that level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 of your team and so on.

Rockstars earn 30% on level 1 affiliates. Level one refers to their directly recruited affiliates and personally referred preferred customers.
Gold rank earns you 35% level 1 and 10% on level 2.
Platinum rank earns you 50% for level 1, 10% for level 2, and 5% for level 3.
Ruby rank earns you 50% for level 1, 10% for level 2, and 5% for levels 3 and 4.
Emerald rank earns you 50% commissions for level 1, 10% for level 2, 5% for levels 3 and 4, and 3% for level 5.
Sapphire rank earns you 50% for level 1, 10% for level 2, 5% for levels 3-4, and 3% for levels 5-6.
Diamond rank earns you 50% for level 1, 10% for level 2, 5% for levels 3 and 4, 3% for levels 5 & 6, and 2% for level 6.
Black Diamond rank earns you 50% commission for level 1, 10% for level 2, 5% for levels 3-4, 3% for levels 5-6, and 2% for levels 6-7.
Legend rank earns you 50% for level 1, 10% for level 2, 5% for levels 3 and 4, 3% for levels 5 & 6, 2% for levels 7 and 8, and 1% for level 9.
Icons and Mogul ranks earn you 50% for level 1, 10% for level 2, 5% for levels 3 and 4, 3% for levels 5 & 6, 2% for levels 7 and 8, and 1% for levels 9 and 10.

Note: Arieyl limits Fast Money commissions to 10 levels.

Residual Commissions

The residual commissions are paid via a binary compensation structure, which usually places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, which then splits into two sides (left and right legs).

The first level of the binary team has two people. The second level is generated by dividing these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions). This goes on and on with each new level having twice as many positions as the previous level.

Residual commissions are paid on preferred customer and downline affiliate orders. Every month, Arieyl tallies the new sales volume on both legs of the binary team and pays you a residual commission as a percentage of volume generated on their weaker leg.

To be paid the residual commissions, you must meet some requirements, which are:

If you are in the rockstar rank, generate and maintain 35 PV a month. If you are gold ranked or higher, that number goes up to 90 PV a month;
You have to generate at least 90 GV from personally recruited affiliates in both binary team legs.
You must generate at least 300 GV in both binary team legs.

The commissions are paid out as follows:

Rockstar rank earns you 10% capped at $1000.
Gold rank earns you 12% capped at $1500.
Platinum rank earns you 15% capped at $2500.
Ruby rank earns you 15% capped at $5000.
Emerald rank earns you 15% capped at $10,000.
Sapphire rank earns you 15% capped at $25,000.
Diamond rank earns you 15% capped at $50,000.
Black Diamond rank earns you 15% capped at $100,000.
Legend rank earns you 15% capped at $250,000.
Icon rank earns you 17% capped at $500,000.
Mogul rank earns you 20% capped at $1,000,000.

The volume is matched against the stronger binary team side and flushed. The leftover volume on the stronger binary team side is carried over.

Check Match Bonus

You will get paid a Check Match Bonus on residual commissions earned by your downline team members. This bonus is paid using the unilevel compensation structure such as the one used to pay Fast Money commissions.

Rockstar rank earns you a 20% match on level 1. Level 1 comprises personally recruited affiliates.
Gold rank earns you a 25% match for level 1 and 20% for level 2
Platinum rank earns you a 30% match for level 1, 20% for level 2 and 10% for level 3
Ruby rank earns you a 30% match for level 1, 20% for level 2, 10% for level 3 and 5% for level 4
Emerald rank earns you a 30% match for level 1, 20% for level 2, 10% for level 3, 5% for level 4 and 3% for level 5
Sapphire rank earns you a 30% match for level 1, 20% for level 2, 10% for level 3, 5% for level 4 and 3% for levels 5 and 6
Diamond rank earns you a 30% match for level 1, 20% for level 2, 10% for level 3, 5% for level 4, 3% for levels 5 and 6 and 2% for level 7
Black Diamond rank earns you a 35% match for level 1, 20% for level 2, 10% for level 3, 5% for level 4, 3% for levels 5 and 6 and 2% for levels 7 and 8
Legend rank earns you 35% for level 1, 20% for level 2, 10% for level 3, 5% for level 4, 3% for levels 5 and 6, 2% for levels 7 and 8 and 1% for level 9
Icon and Mogul ranks earns you 35% for level 1, 20% for level 2, 10% for level 3, 5% for level 4, 3% for levels 5 and 6, 2% for levels 7 and 8 and 1% for levels 9 and 10

This is capped at 10 levels.

Way To Slay Bonus

Arieyl will pay you the Way To Slay Bonus if you reach the Ruby rank within your first month.

You also get a one-time $500 Way to Slay Bonus. Note that it is paid over two months so you have to maintain the Ruby rank in two consecutive months.

Rank Bonuses

If you achieve the Ruby rank or higher, you receive the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:

For Ruby, you receive $500
Emerald you receive $1000
Sapphire you receive $2500
Diamond you receive $5000
Black Diamond you receive $10,000
Legend you receive $25,000
Icon you receive $50,000
Mogul you receive $100,000

You have to maintain the rank for three consecutive months to get this bonus. If you lose your rank during the three months, the counter resets to zero and you have to start all over.

Reign And Legacy Bonuses

The Reign Bonus is a rank-based bonus that Arieyl pays out for twenty months after you attain the specified rank.

They pay it out as follows:

Ruby rank earns you $150 a month capped at $3000
Emerald rank earns you $250 a month capped at $5000.
Sapphire rank earns you $500 a month capped at $10,000.
Diamond rank earns you $1000 a month capped at $20,000.
Black Diamond rank earns you $2500 a month capped at $40,000.
Legend rank earns you $5000 a month capped at $100,000.
Icon rank earns you $10,000 a month capped at $200,000.
Mogul rank earns you $20,000 a month capped at $400,000.

You have to maintain the rank for the duration of the 20 months. This period resets every new higher rank qualified for.

Other Bonuses: Loyalty Bonus

If you meet rank qualification criteria for 36 consecutive months Arieyl rewards you with the Loyalty Bonus.

Arieyl Membership Fee

If you want to become an Arieyl affiliate, you have to pay a $25 membership fee and purchase at least one of their goods.

Note that the cost of the things you purchased impacts your affiliate rank.

For example, to achieve Gold rank, in addition to paying the initial $25, you have to spend $200 or more on Arieyl products. Platinum, on the other hand, is acquired by purchasing $500 on Arieyl items after paying the base $25 fee.

Is Arieyl a Legit Online Business?

Arieyl is a legit company because you can actually make money with the program.

That being said, making money is not as easy as the marketing materials makes it sound. You have to work hard building your networks and no success is guaranteed.

This is the part that most Arieyl affiliates fail to understand because they buy into the hype and the nice stories of people who allegedly made a ton of money with the company.

Then once they join, they realize that it is not as straight forward as it sounds and that you need to be good at convincing people to spend money on the products leave alone join the program as an affiliate.

Many MLM companies have been reported as pyramid schemes and scams, so it is recommended that you objectively look into each company before signing up.

There are some companies that operate legally but they will exaggerate the typical income of their members and understate the amount of work involved in running the business. To come into that prepared, you should find out what the average income is, the number of hours spent to obtain the income, and overall success rate of the typical member.

Arieyl Conclusion

First, you should understand that Arieyl is an MLM. This means that you shouldn’t expect to make money without recruiting. When you recruit, you earn more money than you do from the product sales.

Arieyl to some people feels like a pyramid scheme because you have to pay some money upfront for the “opportunity” to sell products but it isn’t one. Pyramid schemes are illegal. An MLM like Arieyl is legit because affiliates make money selling services and recruiting new members.

One of the challenges with Arieyl is that its compensation plan is complex, which makes it harder to explain it to people as you are recruiting them.
