Introduction to Microcap Profits Club
Microcap Profits Club is a new financial newsletter that will be published by Seven Figure Publishing and edited by Robert Williams.
He recently launched it in a presentation where he teased that he was inviting “250 ‘Beta Testers’ to see new research on a sub-niche of fast-moving stocks…” He was referring to microcap stocks.
Robert’s investment strategy is to focus on microcap stocks. For your quick reference, microcap stocks are relatively small companies that have a market capitalization between $50 million and $300 million (although the definition depends on who you ask). The SEC considers companies with a market cap of less than $250 or $300 million as microcaps or penny stocks.
Investing in microcaps is not for the faint hearted because their volatile nature can prove too much for the more risk-averse trader. Not every microcap stock is worth investing and Robert drives this point home in the presentation.
He argues that although some of these stocks can be really profitable, a vast majority of them are risky and unstable. If you would like to receive his insights into how he navigates the market, you have to sign up for Microcap Profits Club.
Who is Robert Williams?

Is Microcap Profits Club Legit?
Microcap Profits Club is a legit advisory service.
It is based on a strategy that centers on microcap stocks and Robert uses it to give his views on how you should approach penny stock investing. There is nothing we could find illegitimate about it and you can either agree with Robert and follow his advice or disagree and refuse to sign up for his service. The marketing material, however, is a bit click-baity.

Microcap Profits Club Verdict
Microcap Profits Club is a financial newsletter service created by Robert Williams of St Paul Research. It appears that it will be published by Seven Figure Publishing. The annual subscription fee is $1,995 and it gives you access to Roberts investing ideas (of course, centered on microcaps), individual stock recommendations, and some of his recent special reports.
I should mention that microcap stocks are volatile and they are comparatively less stable than blue-chip stocks and this makes them riskier. Sure, there is the potential for big gains if you are lucky enough to find a winner but more often than not, they tend to not do well.
That being said, if you want to sign up for the service, learn more about it and see what other members have to say about it before you commit.
