What is NortheStar?

Northestar is a direct sales company in the nutrition niche that specializes in the development of trusted wellness and weight management products.

This performance supplement mlm company has become especially famous for its use of the Nootropic Cognitive Technologies known as NCT. This NCT brand is a high-impact technology that has been shown to yield significant results.

It reminds me of other companies that have a business model close to that like Happy Coffee, Q Sciences, and Velovita.

Northestar claims to have a team that ensures that the products they bring to the market meet the highest standards at a reasonable price.

They also have an affiliate program in which they are committed to providing their affiliates with innovative tools and personal development training to help them build a profitable business online.

Northestar also provides education on their products to enlighten customers on what they are buying. Furthermore, the company is partnered with non-profit organizations that focus on mental health awareness in order to promote mental health amongst both their employees and customers.

The Northerstar mission is to impact the world with their trusted wellness products and one of a kind affiliate opportunity.

Who is behind Northestar?

Northestar was founded in the summer of 2021 by Ricky & Jessica Villanueva and Demitrius & Ashley Siruno.

Ricky Villanueva and Demitrius Siruno have both promoted network marketing companies before and have been successful. They decided to then start their own company, Northestar, in 2021.

Ricky Villanueva was an affiliate at Digital Profit, Modere and B-Eoic, In all of the three, he held one of the higher affiliate ranks.

However, Digital Profit, the last mlm he was involved with, was revealed in August 2020 to have been involved in securities fraud and to have caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses. Villanueva left Digital Profit in May 2021.

Demitrius started out in Kanyi before he started working with Ricky in both B-Epic and Digital Profit. Digital Profit marketed B-Epic products and this was likely in exchange of B-Epic funneling some of its affiliate members to Digital Profit.

Northestar’s website domain northestar.com was discreetly registered on the 23rd of June, 2021.

The company does not provide a corporate address though its policies and procedures cites both Texas and Nevada.

What products are sold by Northestar?

NortheStar provides physical retail products that are in the health and wellness niche and are known to be gluten free, vegan and non-GMO.

The company uses Nootropic Cognitive Technology which is basically a high-impact technology shown to yield significant results. These NCT products are distributed in capsule form and are scientifically formulated to support cognitive function, optimal nutrition and weight-management capabilities.

Consumption of these products has also been shown to boost energy levels, enhance overall mood and increase mental clarity.

There are three products that you can choose from with Northestar:

Stellar X

This is a green superfood formula that contains spirulina, chlorella, antioxidants, mushrooms, veggies, digestive enzymes and probiotics.

How Northestar works

To become part of Northestar, one can either join as a preferred customer or as an affiliate member.

As a preferred customer, you will have access to sales, discounts and products at member pricing. You can upgrade to being an affiliate at any time.

For affiliates, they get access to sales, discounts and products at member pricing. Furthermore, they earn commissions for recruiting new affiliates. When joining as an affiliate, you are allocated a sponsor if you did not already have one. The sponsor will provide guidance as you navigate your way through the company.

The network marketing company also provides affiliates with access to a tracking back office, mentorship, replicated websites, marketing videos etc. in order to help them create a profitable business online.

How to make money with Northestar

Their are two main ways to make money with Northestar.

First of all, you can sell the Northestar products to retail customers and in this way, earn the profit due to the difference in wholesale and retail prices.

The other method is to by recruiting new affiliates who purchase products and start earning through the Northestar compensation plan.

NortheStar Compensation Plan

In the Northestar compensation plan, you can earn by making retail sales and recruiting new affiliates who purchase products.

The earning of commissions follows a unilevel compensation structure while rank and performance based bonuses are also available for affiliates.

There are ten affiliate ranks available in the company’s compensation plan, each with different requirements;

Affiliate – sign up as an affiliate and purchase one product a month or refer and maintain one preferred customer
1 Star – purchase at least one product every month or refer and maintain one preferred customer and generate & maintain 30 PV a month
3 Star – generate & maintain 40 PV and 3000 GV a month, recruit and maintain two recruited affiliates and/or preferred customers
10 Star – maintain 40 PV a month, generate 10,000 GV a month and maintain two recruited affiliates and/or preferred customers
20 Star – generate and maintain 70 PV and 20,000 GV a month and either refer or maintain two recruited affiliates and/or preferred customers
40 Star – maintain 70 PV a month, generate 40,000 GV a month and either refer or maintain two recruited affiliates and/or preferred customers
80 Star – generate and maintain 90 PV and 80,000 GV a month and either refer or maintain two recruited affiliates and/or preferred customers
100 Star – maintain 90 PV a month, generate and maintain 100,000 GV a month and either refer or maintain two recruited affiliates and/or referred preferred customers
200 Star – generate and maintain 120 PV and 200,000 GV a month and either refer or maintain two recruited affiliates and/or preferred customers
North Star – maintain 120 PV a month, generate and maintain 300,000 GV a month and either refer or maintain two recruited affiliates and/or preferred customers

PV stands for Personal Volume and refers to the sales volume generated via both retail sales and an affiliate’s purchases. GV stands for Group Volume and refers to personal volume generated by an affiliate and their downline.

As an affiliate member of Northestar, you can earn the following commissions and bonuses:

Retail Commissions

NortheStar affiliates earn retail commissions on products purchased by their retail customers.

These commissions are calculated as 50% of the generated retail order sales volume.

Residual Commissions

The residual commissions are paid via a unilevel compensation structure which basically places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them.

When any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team and so on and so forth

The company has ten unilevel team levels and the residual commissions are paid as a percentage of sales volume generated across these ten levels based on rank:

Affiliates– 35% Fast Start Bonus on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and 10% on level 2
1 Stars– 50% Fast Start Bonus on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 7% on level 3
3 Stars– 50% Fast Start Bonus on level 1, 10% on level 2, 7% on level 3 and 5% on level 4
10 and 20 Stars– 50% Fast Start Bonus on level 1, 10% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 5% on level 4, 4% on level 5 and 3% on level 6
40 and 80 Stars– 50% Fast Start Bonus on level 1, 10% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 6% on level 4, 5% on level 5, 3% on level 6 and 2% on levels 7 and 8
100 and 200 Stars– 50% Fast Start Bonus on level 1, 10% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 6% on level 4, 5% on level 5, 3% on level 6, 2% on levels 7 and 8 and 1% on level 9
North Stars– 50% Fast Start Bonus on level 1, 10% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 6% on level 4, 5% on level 5, 3% on level 6, 2% on levels 7 and 8 and 1% on levels 9 and 10

Rank achievement bonus

Northestar pays a one-time rank achievement bonuses once you qualify for a higher rank starting from 3 star. They are as follows;

3 Star-receive $300
10 Star– receive $1000
20 Star– receive $2000
40 Star– receive $4000
80 Star– maintain rank for 60 consecutive days and receive $8000
100 Star- maintain rank for 60 consecutive days and receive $10,000
200 Star– maintain rank for 90 consecutive days and receive $20,000
North Star– maintain rank for 90 consecutive days and receive $30,000

For the affiliates who manage to maintain their ranks, they receive the following monthly rank achievement bonuses aside from the one-time bonus;

maintain 3 Star- receive $150 a month
maintain 10 Star- receive $300 a month
maintain 20 Star- receive $500 a month
maintain 40 Star- receive $1000 a month
maintain 80 Star- receive $2500 a month
maintain 100 Star- receive $5000 a month
maintain 200 Star- receive $7500 a month
maintain North Star- receive $10,000 a month

Infinity bonus

The Infinity Bonus increases residual commissions beyond the ten unilevel team levels:

100 Stars– 1% Infinity Bonus on unilevel team volume capped at 10,000 per leg
200 Stars– 1% Infinity Bonus on unilevel team volume capped at $20,000 per leg
North Stars– 1% Infinity Bonus on unilevel team volume capped at $30,000 per leg

Customer star pool

The company takes 1% of the monthly company sales volume and then places it into their customer star pool.

Affiliates then receive shares in the customer star pool according to their monthly preferred customer sales volume. These shares expire monthly and are as follows:

generate 200 PV in preferred customer sales volume- receive 1 share
generate 400 PV in preferred customer sales volume- receive 2 shares
generate 600 PV in preferred customer sales volume- receive 3 shares
generate 800 PV in preferred customer sales volume- receive 4 shares

How to join Northestar

To join Northestar, all you have to do is go to their website and choose ‘Create Free Account’. You will be asked to choose between a preffered customer and an affiliate.

Once you have made your choice, a form where you will fill in your personal information, username and password will be provided. After that they will send you a confirmation email to verify and activate your account.

Creating an account is completely free. However, as an affiliate you will be required to purchase one of the following affiliate packs to get started:
