Jason Williams, one of the editors at Angel Publishing, recently released a presentation about “Prime Profits” where he claims to have found a “retail behemoth [that] is legally obligated to pay” a certain amount of money to people. He calls this:
“The Billionaire Income Secret That’s Forcing This Company to Pay Out Every Time a Parcel Leaves the Warehouse Floor.”
He says that he has found a way that you can easily claim a slice of a $1.7 billion windfall in just a few weeks.

What is Prime Profits?
“Prime Profits” is a presentation by Angel Publishing that was made by Jason Williams to talk about an investment opportunity that has to do with Amazon. He released this presentation some time ago now but it continues to be promoted even in 2022.
This is not the first time we are seeing the presentation as there was a previous version about Amazon Prime Profits that was put out by Briton Ryle a year ago.
This one appears to be an updated version of that one. (Also not that this has nothing to do with Prime Time Profits, an online program that purports to give people the opportunity to make money online).
Now, let’s get to what this presentation is about:
Jason Williams thinks that there is a way to profit off of Amazon shipments, saying that there is a way you can get paid for every package that leaves a warehouse.
Here is how he puts it:
“Over the next 60 seconds, Amazon will ship 2,083 packages.
That’s more than 1 billion packages every single year.
And practically every time a package leaves a warehouse of this $1.7 trillion tech giant…
A small group of Americans will celebrate, as a dedicated cut of that revenue goes into a pot of more than $1.7 billion in legally obligated payments.
I call these “Prime Profit” payouts. And until recently, only a small group of the world’s elites knew about them.”
So, he believes that there is a pot of more than $1.7 billion up for grabs and you can claim a portion of it.
He calls this opportunity “prime profit payouts” and alleges that until recently, very few people knew about them. But now he wants to reveal the details regarding the opportunity to “everyday Americans.”
“And now, for the first time ever, I’ll reveal how everyday Americans can start collecting their own “Prime Profit” payouts in just a few short weeks.
This is truly remarkable. Better yet, it takes only two minutes to get yourself set up to collect payouts.

This is not the first time we are seeing an investment opportunity that was apparently kept out of reach of ordinary people but now it is available to them.
We saw this play out in other presentations like 10 Day Jackpots by Jeff Siegel and “America Ground Zero” by Nick Giambruno.
Interestingly, Jason says that this money is lawfully obligated courtesy of a law published in 1952:
“And this secret income stream has nothing to do with President Biden, the United States Postal Service (USPS), or Congress.
As you’ll see today, it’s all because of a law published in 1952, during former President Harry S. Truman’s administration. And no one can do anything to stop it from paying you.

How Do Prime Profits Payouts Work?
To understand what these payments that have to do with Amazon are, Jason, explains that this is rooted in a law that forces certain companies (in this case Amazon) to send you money:
“So how does it work?
I’ll save the mumbo-jumbo that usually surrounds these kinds of hidden opportunities and just make it simple…
U.S. law Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) Section 2-301 forces certain companies to send money back to you.
That’s how you’ll start to collect “Prime Profits” four times every year.”
Jason adds that it is a government plan to reign in on “anti-competitive” companies. Amazon has often been accused of engaging in anti-competitive practices.
Therefore, such a claim made by Jason makes sense:
“In other words, it’s almost like the government’s way of making sure that giant corporations can’t get away with being anti-competitive.
Literally the ONLY catch is that to start collecting “Prime Profits,” you’ll have to stake your claim in a separate entity that’s created to put money into the hands of investors like you.”
And as a result of this, Jason says that there is a jackpot of money that has to be paid out whether Amazon’s shares stay steady or drop.
“The entire jackpot of over $1.7 billion must be paid out, no matter what.
You see, even if Amazon’s stock drops by 20% overnight…
Even if the whole market falls through the floor and people start to panic in the streets…

He also says that they are a better investment than buying stock. He cites an example of when the cost of Prime membership was increased by $20 adding $2 billion to the company’s bottom line. While that was a large cash infusion, it only moved Amazon’s share price 7% higher.
He says that Amazon Prime payouts are likely to earn you more money than that.
So, what kind of investment could Jason be referring to here?
In this case, Jason Williams is likely teasing a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). When you see someone talking about a stock that is “legally required” to pay you, it usually has to do with a REIT.
REITs are a genuine business opportunity for investors who are interested in such openings because in some cases, they usually pay out a large portion of their taxable income to shareholders.
So, what is the connection with Amazon?
It probably has to do with the fact that Amazon has to pay rent for its warehouses and offices and Jason wants you to invest in the REIT to get regular dividends. Therefore, you should be looking into the REITs that are linked to Amazon.

Is Prime Profits Payout A Scam?
I don’t think Prime Profit Payouts is a Scam.
I think Jason presents us with a legit way to earn money and I am not just saying that to write a positive review for the sake of it like some other scam blogs on the Internet. He makes some bold income claims that embellish the opportunity, but it doesn’t make it illegitimate. Some of them look like just a joke but they are possible with the right amount of money being put into them.
I am only interested in the truth, which explains why I have exposed many programs on this blog for what they really are: fraudulent scam systems that fail to deliver what is promised.
I rarely write positive reviews when I encounter these as I am more interested in sharing all the details in an honest way.
That being said, I think that the idea of consumer relief payments is hard to take in until you consider that it could be referring to the idea that you can make money by investing in REITs.

Prime Profits Payout Verdict
Jason Williams appears to have updated Briton Ryle’s presentation from over a year ago whose premise was (and still is) that you can get free money from a legally grounded arrangement.
Jason says that this program was previously only available to billionaires but that this has since changed and you can get in on it.
I suspect that he is talking about investing in REITs that are linked to Amazon (probably Amazon has rented space from them). I decided to go with REITS because those trusts are legally required to pay investors dividends. So, he is talking about earning dividend income.
It is hard to say whether the amounts he mentions are genuine but there is an investment opportunity in REITs if you are looking for a relatively boring (often reliable) way to make money in the stock market.
If you think about it that way, it looks like a legit source of passive income. Dividends are always a source of this kind of income but the initial cost of the investment may be prohibitive for most people to earn a decent amount of money on the regular.
Lucky for them, there are other ways to make money online. I am not talking about starting an online business in the conventional way because that requires a lot of capital. Instead, there are other ways for you to make money online and lucky for you, I have found one such opening whose details I will share below.
