Is The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo Legit? [Marc Lichtenfeld]

Have you heard about Marc Lichtenfeld’s presentation about The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo?

It concerns investing in real estate, which is not particularly popular with investment gurus who prefer things like gold, cryptos, and tech stocks.

In the pitch, Lichtenfeld claims to have crafted a strategy that can earn you “5X to 10X your money in the coming years” in the real estate market without having to build or be a landlord.

In this review, I will uncover the main points he raised so that you can be in a better position of deciding what to make of his propositions.

Introduction to The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo

The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo is meant to promote The Oxford Income Letter.

It centers on investing in the real estate market now that property values have plummeted due to the pandemic. Lichtenfeld says that this is the perfect opportunity for those who missed out on a similar dip in prices during the Subprime Mortgage crisis in 2009.

He says that he has found a way to invest that can grow your investment 5x to 10x without having to build or being a landlord.

The mode of investment he is talking about is Real Estate Investment Trusts, which he says offer you the following benefits:

  • They earn more money than most other forms of real estate investments.
  • You can trade them on a secondary market (i.e. the stock market) unlike private arrangements such as those proposed by Grant Cardone.
  • They pay good dividends because they redistribute a huge chunk of taxable income.
  • They own a large assortment of properties giving you diversified exposure.
  • They don’t pay corporate tax on the income they distribute. There is more money going to investors’ pockets.

Lichtenfeld has identified three of them that he thinks will make for good investments.

How to make money during The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo

In The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo, Marc talks about the three REITs he thinks will make for great investments.

He doesn’t reveal their names, instead dropping hints that I pieced together to reveal their identities. The three REITs had to meet four criteria (which I will not get into here).

The three are:

  • Digital Realty Trust (DLR)
  • Stag Industrial (STAG)
  • Innovative Industrial Properties (IIPR)

He chose them because they rent out their properties to some major companies.

For example, Digital Realty Trust is a Data Center REIT, which means that its clients include companies in cloud computing, IoT, and 5G. As you’d expect, it is doing quite well because those subsectors have been booming during the pandemic.

If you want to learn more about those three companies, Marc has written a report titled The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo: Three REITs for MASSIVE Income that he is giving away to new members of The Oxford Income Letter.

In addition to that dossier, new members also receive the following:

  • A second report titled Multiply Your Money With THIS Moonshot REIT that concerns a REIT that is relatively small and deals with residential mortgages.
  • A third report called How to Claim Up to an Extra $130,000 in Social Security
  • A fourth one titled 3 Safest Dividends for 2020
  • A fifth one called 101 Ways to Grow and Protect Your Retirement Savings.

Additional subscription benefits include…

Is The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo Legit?

The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo is a legit presentation.

Marc Lichtenfeld recommends that we invest in REITs, particularly those renting out to big companies. Now, these are actual trusts that you can trade in the public exchanges and they have the potential to earn a large return on investment.

However, they are not guaranteed to earn positive returns; in fact, they may go the other way and generate losses.

The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo Verdict

The Great 2020 Real Estate Redo is the sales pitch for The Oxford Income Letter.

The general idea behind it is simple: the best thing to do now is find the best deals in the real estate market to take advantage of the fallen prices caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Marc particularly emphasizes on going for REITs, which he argues are likely to earn you more bang for your buck if you are going to invest in real estate.
