What is Le-Vel Thrive MLM?
Thrive by Le-Vel is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that sells health and wellness products. It reminds me of other companies we’ve looked into before like Optavia and Amway that have a similar business model.
Le Vel runs its day to day operations using cloud-based technology.
Their flagship product is their thrive experience, which comes in the form of a three-step system.
The system consists of: Thrive Premium Lifestyle Capsules, Ultra Micronized Shake Mix, and Lifestyle DFT With Fusion 2.0 Technology.
Thrive experience is designed to promote weight loss, improve energy levels, and reduce inflammation.
It is also meant to help people with their physical wellness as well as reach their mental potential.

Who is behind Le-Vel Thrive?
Jason Camper and Paul Gravette are the founders and CEOs of Le-Vel Thrive. They founded the company in 2012.
Jason Camper
Jason Camper grew up in Lubbock, Texas and attended Texas Tech University. It was during his undergraduate years that he discovered he had a passion for direct selling and nutrition.
He learned many aspects of the business during his early years. It was from this experience that he and Gravette came up with the idea for a cloud-based nutritional supplement business.
Camper spent about a decade in sales before transitioning to the corporate side of the industry.
Paul Gravette
Paul Gravette, who is the other co-founder, was already a seasoned entrepreneur with expertise in technology and communications before he decided to start the business with Jason.
Camper and Gravette’s partnership began on the internet, where they realized their shared desire for an innovative business model.
How Paul and Jason Started and Run Le Vel
When Le-Vel Thrive was still in it’s infancy stage, like any other fledgling startup, they did most of the work.
Both of the founders shipped products, provided customer support, engaged with brand promoters and performed any other minute-to-minute tasks that came with starting and running a business.
Jason Camper worked on the supervision of operations and logistics while Paul utilized his sales expertise to network and expand the brand on social networks.
Their long hours and hard work paid off as they received excellent results and their company began rising to new heights.
The co-founders’ duties are now a bit different in Le Vel THRIVE, because it is now a billion-dollar multi-level marketing company.
Paul Gravette believes that interacting with THRIVERS, the sales representatives working for the company, takes up the more of his time these days.
Both co-founders are still very much committed to the company’s mission.
Despite both of them travelling regularly, they say that they are still passionate about nutrition and being active in their everyday lives.
Gravette says that at the beginning they did not have much to work with and there was much doubt about the success of the company. But their passion and resolve to pursue their goals helped them work past the negative reviews and get the company to where it is now.
They just recently celebrated Le-Vel’s 5th year anniversary.

Is Le Vel an MLM company?
Before we answer that question, we should first break down what an MLM is.
Multi level marketing (MLM), also known as network marketing, is a strategy used by some direct sales companies to sell products and services.
MLMs encourages existing members to promote and make sales to other individuals and bring on new recruits into the business. Distributors are paid a percentage of their recruits’ sales.
In an MLM, you can make money in two ways:
- by selling the MLM’s products yourself to “retail” customers who are not part of the MLM
- by recruiting new distributors and earning commissions based on what the distributors buy and their sales to retail customers
Your recruits and the people they recruit. become your sales network or what we call your ‘downline’.
For a legit MLM, you are paid according to your sales to retail customers, without having to recruit new distributors.

How does Le-Vel Thrive MLM work?
Like most MLMs, Le-Vel Thrive relies on its Independent Brand Promoters (IBPs) to sell their products and recruit new IBPs.
IBPs earn commissions on the sales of thrive products they make, as well as a percentage of the sales made by the people they recruit.
Most IBPs are former customers who were inspired by THRIVE’s results on their health and general lifestyle.
To become an IBP, you must purchase a starter kit for $499. This kit includes product samples, marketing materials, and access to Le-Vel’s online back office.
The products that Thrive MLM sells include vitamins, minerals, supplements, essential oils, skincare products, and more.
What products are sold on Le-Vel Thrive?
As I had mentioned before, The company’s core product is The THRIVE experience. Thrive MLM products can be divided into categories depending on how you are meant to use them.
We are going to discuss the three steps offered in the Thrive regimen: Thrive Premium Lifestyle Capsules, Ultra Micronized Shake Mix, and Lifestyle DFT With Fusion 2.0 Technology.

It helps with lean muscle support, weight management, and fitness.

Is Thrive MLM Legit?
So, is Thrive MLM legit?
While the company does have some legitimate products, there are also some serious concerns about their business model.
Is Thrive a Pyramid Scheme?
Many people have accused Le-Vel Thrive of being a pyramid scheme but I don’t think it is one.
A pyramid scheme is basically a business model where members are recruited with the promise of money or services in exchange for enrolling more people into the scheme rather than providing selling products or investments.
MLM companies and pyramid schemes work in similar ways. The difference is MLMs have legit products that they sell while pyramid schemes exploit the guise of selling products to conceal their structure.
Le-Vel Thrive is a legitimate MLM whose products are well-recognized.
So far, they have been granted 30 patents.
Their accomplishments have been featured in various news article reviews such as Yahoo Finance, including how they were able to break $1 Billion in sales in less than 5 years of operation.
The health and wellness company was named the 2016 winner of the Direct Selling News Bravo Growth Award for the highest year-over-year growth in direct sales worldwide.
At the time of recognition, the firm had seen a 254% increase in sales.
It is a great business to invest in though it may be somewhat expensive for most.
What are Le Vel Thrive BBB reviews?
BBB reviews are customer reviews that are posted on the Better Business Bureau website. These reviews can be helpful in determining whether or not a company is reputable and trustworthy.
Le-Vel Thrive have an A+ rating on the BBB website out of the customer reviews that have already been given on the platform.

Conclusion
Le-Vel Thrive is a health and wellness company and a legitimate multi level marketing company. It is one way in which you can be involved in an online business.
Though it has been claimed to be a pyramid scheme, the reviews and global recognition it has been receiving prove otherwise.
It is a good multi level marketing company to join if you wish to be part of one.
Despite this, I do not recommend joining an MLM as you will not be able to make as much money as you think you will.
MLMs may also have negative social effects as one may seem desperate when looking for recruits to join the company.
Multi level marketing is a great business model but you may end up not getting your money’s worth.
