The Federal Rent Checks website claims you can quite literally receive $1,000’s per month in checks from the government (aka government rent checks).
I recently reviewed a website called Trump Bonus Checks so I’m interested to see whether this is similar.
It certainly has similarities in my opinion and also is similar to Freedom Checks which I reviewed a few months back.
More recently it sounds a lot like Superpower Checks which is a more recent thing to Federal Rent Checks and also Dark Burst.
There’s really no shortage of these kind of websites but is there really any such thing as a federal rent checks distribution list or not?
Why Is There A Federal Rent Checks Distribution List?
The Federal Rent Checks website (aka the federal millionaire) contains a video that is 51 minutes long from D.R. Barton, Jr.
He states that,
millions of Americans are able to collect $1,795 or more per month in “Federal Rent Checks”.
But how is that even possible?
Well as you probably already know,
your tax dollars pay for every facility and building the government uses.
Now stick with me here, because what I’m about to tell you might not seem relevant for Federal Rent Checks but it is, trust me.

Many years ago, good citizens like you covered the entire construction costs of the buildings and facilities the government agencies use through your tax dollars.
Most importantly, you also incur costs each year for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings.
The money comes out of your paychecks like social security and any check you cut to Internal Revenue Service each year, so you’re paying for all of this.
Pretty depressing so far right?
But there is some good news to come…
Here is where things get interesting for the Federal Rent Checks website…
Today, the law requires over 100 federal agencies to pay rent for every property they occupy (aka government rent checks).
The money is already accumulating in the Treasury Department and stockpiled in Federal Buildings Fund.
By the end of this year, the amount will be over $11.1 billion.

Some smart Americans have already discovered the opportunity and are ready to receive larger portions of the money in the form of “federal rent checks”.
The Treasury Department is offering hefty monthly checks, which is the main reason why people have named the paychecks “Federal Rent Checks.” (some calling them government rent checks).
So there is an upside here after all!
How Do Federal Rent Checks Work?
The entire process involves five simple steps to receive “Federal Rent Checks” also known as The Federal Millionaire.
Since many people are wondering about the Federal Rent Checks application process let me first explain the whole process and how it works below, and then I will tell you specifically HOW you get this money.
First, the government agencies make the required rent payments for any building they occupy.
For example,
the FBI pays $4.1 million to rent their complex in Omaha, Nebraska.
Another department pays $3.6 million to rent their facility situated in Billings, Montana.
Stick with me here, I am getting to the specifics on how you get Federal Rent Checks.

The Federal Rent Checks website also states,
The US Army Corps of Engineers pays over $3.5 million rent payment for their base in Vicksburg, Missouri.
The government agencies pay the rent for around 9,600 buildings.
This money is gathered in a single place, known as the Federal Buildings Fund.
That helps in the creation of the over $11.1 billion pile.
The US government owns around 1,500 of the buildings and therefore the Federal Buildings Fund will have to deposit the rent into the Treasury’s coffers directly.
The government has contracted several companies to act as “private agencies” for the other 8,100 buildings.
The government owns these buildings and oversees them.

In other words, the Federal Buildings Fund will have to transfer the rent payments to private companies directly.
Finally, the private agencies have to distribute the Federal Rent Checks to all shareholders.
Becoming one of the shareholders is actually pretty easy.
There is no formal Federal Rent Checks application process, instead you just follow some steps outlined.
The account set up process takes roughly 10 minutes.
You will have to decide the department you want to your checks from and depending on your total investment,
you could receive Federal Rent Checks amount to around $1,795.
With time, the amount would increase and you will receive larger federal rent checks.

How To Receive Federal Rent Checks
I’ve explained the technicalities behind how these federal rent checks came about but how do YOU personally receive them.
That is where Money Map Press comes in and more specifically the 10 Minute Millionaire subscription from D.R. Barton, Jr.
To actually get access to the real “how to” of setting all of this up step-by-step you have to join the 10 Minute Millionaire subscription program for $39 for one year or $79 for two years.
This is an automatic renewal too but ultimately it’s a pretty cheap subscription to be quite honest.
That being said, once you become an insider with 10 Minute Millionaire there will obviously be other programs you are offered which is where they make their money.
By becoming a member you get told specifically how you can actually get these federal rent checks.

How Does Public Law 92-313 Work?
There has been a lot of hype and questions around Public Law 92-313 but what’s it actually all about?
Public Law 92-313 was passed back in 1972 and essentially is about how the rental of facilities by federal workers is managed. As I already touched on many of these buildings are owned by the Real Estate Investment Trusts which allow Americans to invest in them.
This is what I already covered above about how the government is required to pay rent on these real estate buildings.
It should be noted though that investing in these pays you something called a dividend, not a “federal rent check” which is basically a made up term.
What Is The Federal Rent Checks Application Truth?
So what’s the real truth when it comes to Federal Rent Checks? Are Federal Rent Checks legit or not?
Well the whole backstory on them is certainly true from the research I was able to conduct.
It is actually possible to get these checks through simple strategies that you can implement by following what Money Map Press advises.
However the term “Federal Rent Checks” is just a made up term that is actually a marketing gimmick.
It’s no different really to others I have reviewed which I mentioned at the top of this review.
I also recently reviewed Fluorescent Sand which is similar because it sounds like a new technology which in actual fact it’s just about fibre optic cables.
Just like that, Federal Rent Checks is a term created to sell you into a subscription.
It’s an extremely clever way of selling their subscription to 10 Minute Millionaire but ultimately some could argue that it’s unethical to do this.
Plus I know that many people (myself included) could even confuse these checks with being some kind of government check.
After all the name is Federal Rent Checks which sounds government related.
I can see why it would be confusing to some people and I suspect that is done on purpose to make this easier to sell as if the government literally owes you money and it’s as simple as pressing a few buttons to start receiving these huge checks every month.

Is Federal Rent Checks A Scam?
My honest opinion is that Federal Rent Checks is NOT a scam.
D.R. Barton, Jr and the rest of the team at Money Map Press are clearly very knowledgable when it comes to finance and investing.
Money Map Press who promotes the Federal Rent Checks website are part of Agora who are a highly respected publishing company in the financial space.
I have reviewed numerous Agora publications like Genesis Investing and Cash For Patriots.
That being said I do think the marketing going on here is a little misleading but it’s important that you understand whilst the information can certainly help you when it comes to finances, ultimately they are selling you a subscription so naturally are hyping up what they are offering.

I can totally see why people think these are some kind of government rent checks, as in issued by the government but in reality that’s not really accurate.
The term “federal rent checks” is not an official term.
It’s a name created by D.R. Barton, Jr and the team at Money Map Press to sell you into the subscription for the 10 Minute Millionaire insider newsletter, so essentially “Federal Rent Checks” is a term coined for marketing purposes rather than a legitimate name.
I must say though from a marketing perspective it’s very catchy but of course it would be since the team behind the marketing for Federal Rent Checks are known for being the best in the business.
What Are The Federal Rent Checks Red Flags?
I did discover a few red flags when I was researching the testimonials inside of Federal Rent Checks and that was many of the images used in the testimonials were actually stock photos which is a little misleading.
RECOMMENDED: Go here to see my no.1 recommendation for making money online
In other words they are photos of people you can obtain off websites which are designed for marketing purposes rather than REAL images of people for the testimonials.
Okay, they are designed for marketing purposes and perhaps the real people behind the testimonials didn’t want to be on a video or share their real identity online but it still doesn’t look great when I was easily able to discover this just from watching the video on the Federal Rent Checks website.
Here’s a couple of examples:
RECOMMENDED: Go here to see my no.1 recommendation for making money online
And another example:
That doesn’t mean that the testimonials are not real.
As I have already stated I DO NOT believe Federal Rent Checks is a scam, quite the opposite.
Money Map Press is a well known publication so I am skeptical that they would use fake testimonials, but it does raise the question as to why they would use these?
As I mentioned above, my guess is that the real people who gave the testimonials for Federal Rent Checks didn’t want their real faces on the image.

Federal Rent Checks Verdict
Federal Rent Checks is obviously very interesting and it’s certainly worth taking a closer look at.
That being said I am not convinced that it is as easy as the website makes out, and ultimately the website is selling you a paid newsletter subscription so is obviously going to have some bias in persuading you about them.
Perhaps you’d benefit from taking a closer look at my “no.1 recommendation” below which I rated no.1 out of over 550 systems I have personally tested and reviewed for making money online.
