Who Is Matt McCall?

Matt McCall is an American investment analyst who publishes financial newsletters at Stansberry Research.

He is the founder and president of Penn Financial Group LLC. He is also the founder of a financial publishing company called Point B Publishing and a funding platform for private companies to raise money from accredited and non-accredited investors called CrowdVest. He also created CrowdVest Securities, a FINRA/SEC-registered broker.

Matt has written two best-selling investment books, namely The Next Great Bull Market and The Swing Trader’s Bible.

Matt McCall began his career around eighteen years ago. He began as an account executive at Charles Schwab. Charles Schwab is one of the largest asset management firms in the United States.

Matt McCall’s Education

Speaking of his educational background and qualifications, Matthew McCall has a Masters of Science degree in finance from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He also has an MBA degree in finance from the University of Colorado Denver.

Matt McCall has hosted and been a frequent guest on numerous radio and TV shows.

Matt is a former co-host of a daily investment show on Fox Business Network and used to contribute to the Fox News Channel.

He appeared daily on a program called “Making Money with Charles Payne” at Fox Business Network. He also co-hosted a show called “Real News” on Blaze TV. All told, he has racked up over 1,500 TV appearances in the last 10 years.

Matt also used to work for Wall Street Radio, Inc where he was its chief technical analyst. He was the co-host of a daily national radio show called “Winning on Wall Street.”

Penn Financial Group

Matthew McCall is the founder and president of the Penn Financial Group. He started the company in 2004.

Penn Financial Group is an independent investment advisory firm that has a long-standing history of helping individual investors create wealth.

Matt McCall’s vast experience and expertise when it comes to investing come in handy because the firm provides investment advice and portfolio management services to its clients. He helps his clients build investment portfolios that suit their individual needs.

In addition to portfolio management, he also offers retirement planning services through his 401(K) package. He helps retirees transition seamlessly into retirement and working people to adjust their retirement accounts as they switch jobs.

He is also into Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), helping his clients build ETF-based portfolios whether they are new to the concept or they are transitioning from mutual funds. He also links 401(K)s to the new portfolio.

Matthew believes that the 2020’s will be a period of rapid economic growth where we will witness the tremendous growth of companies that embrace change, especially in the technology sector.

He mentions that these changes will be in electric vehicles, 5G, AI, cybersecurity, data management, gene therapy, and digital. He writes about those companies.

Matt McCall’s MegaTrend Investor

This newsletter, like The McCall Report, focuses on companies producing technological changes that will generate wealth in the next ten years.

The difference is that he doesn’t use trailing stops and is more conscious about risk management. He uses “the basket approach” whereby if you were going to invest $3,000 into a certain recommended basket of stocks, instead of investing $3,000 in one stock, you split it and divide it among many stocks.

I think Matthew McCall is a legit investment guru.
