Who is Mike Thurston?

Michael George Thurston is British. He was born in his home city of Leeds, Yorkshire. Growing up, Mike played Rugby, Soccer, and basketball, which makes a lot of sense given his incredible physique.

His amazing looks stem from his natural genetics and taking great care of his body.

Thurston wasn’t always a Fitness Trainer and body Recomposition specialist. He started weightlifting when he was 18 when he moved to Newcastle to pursue an Economics and Business Management degree. He had an unhealthy lifestyle where his focus was on partying and having fun.

It wasn’t until 2012 that he decided to pay more attention to his body that he got into fitness as a career.

He recently moved to Dubai and splits his time between the city and Ibiza where he records a lot of content of him working out.

Mike launched a personal training brand called Aurora Athletics in 2013 with a business partner. He promoted it on Instagram and it took off.

THRST

Then he launched his health and fitness company, THRST, in 2016 offering specialized training programs aimed at helping people create a great physique with a process-oriented approach.

The goal was to give his clients access to specialized training programs, nutrition plans, and instructions to get them in shape and maintain it.

Then he launched the THRST fitness app on iOS and Android. It contains his workout videos and meal plans which makes them more accessible.

THRST has a subscription model where users pay to gain access to the platform.

In addition to the fitness plans, THRST also sells merch, including shorts, bikinis, and shirts for athletes and fashionable people.
